| Hyphantria cunea(Drury)is famous quarantine pest, and it belongs to Hyphantria,Arctiidae,Lepidoptera. It was introduced from the Korean peninsula to dandong, liaoning province in 1979 and spread widely in China, causing serious economic losses. In this paper, the effects of different types of traps on the sex pheromone trapping effect of Hyphantria cunea, the effects of different bands of light on the sex pheromone trapping effect of Hyphantria cunea, diurnal rhythm and the effects of volatile substances of its host plants on the sex pheromone trapping effect were studied.1.In the sex pheromone trapping of Hyphantria cunea, the kind of traps has a significant effect on the lure effect of sex pheromone.Among the six traps selected in the experiment, the barrel trap has the best trapping effect, followed by the trap for noctuid moths, the trap for noctuid moths is close to the triangle trap, and the trap for pyralid moths has the worst effect.2.It was found that the trapping effect of LED light on Hyphantria cunea, was significantly different in different bands. In the experiment, the band with the best trapping effect was 360~365 nm,which was significantly different from the other three bands. Moreover, the barrel traps equipped with sex pheromones and the 360-365 nm LED lights were more effective than the ones using sex pheromones alone or 360 ~ 365 nm LED lights alone.3.In the experiment of diurnal rhythm for Hyphantria cunea, the results showed that Hyphantria cunea has obvious characteristics of nocturnal and nocturnal emergence,in which the most active time points in the evening are 02:00-04:00 and 1800-20:00 respectively.4.In the field experiment, host plant volatile of Hyphantria cunea substances produced by b-ocimene and 6-Methyl-5-hepten-2-one to Hyphantria cunea sex pheromone lure significant synergistic effect, improve the combination and synergistic effect of different mix proportion is different,6-methyl-5-heptene-2-keto and b-ocimene in a ratio of 7:3 for Hyphantria cunea sex pheromone lure of synergistic effect is best. |
