Fall webworm(Hyphantria cunea Drury), Lepidoptera, Arctiidae, is the international and domestic plant quarantine objects. Hyphantria cunea Drury invaded in Jinan city in2007, form different degrees damage at a portion of the park, the scenic spot, road green space and garden yard, and appears an accelerating diffusion and increasing population base development condition. In order to apply biological technology to integrated control H. cunea in Jinan city better, this article studied the nuisanceless biological control technology.1. Using latent hibernaculum trapping to collect and dispose larva and pupa of H. cune a, results suggested that the pupa quantity trapped of the1generation.2. Using light trapping to explicit H.cunea adult occurred period at Jinan city. H.cunea come up three generations in one year at Jinan City, the adult of first generation present in late April to May, in the middle of May have the bigger amount. The second generation occurred at late June to late July, the bigger amount appear in the middle of July. The third generation happened in the middle of August, late August and early September have the biggest amount. Grasp the adult’s biggest amount of H.cunea accurately, we can forecast larva’s initial period and the rush hour, thus we can provide scientific evidence for timely implementing biological pollution-free control technology.3. Study of using nuisanceless chemical control H. cunea, we choosed1.8%abame ctin EC and chlorbenzuron Ⅲ, and the result suggest these two kinds chemical have strong control efficiency with1-2instar.4. Hyphantria cunea nucleopolyhedrovirus (HcNPV) has obligate parasite characteristics, from the control effect point of view, the2-3instar of H. cunea have a higher sensibility to HcNPV, thus the death rate go up as the increase infection concentration.5. When using Chouioia cunea Yang to prevent H. cunea,we found that H. cunea mature larval phase and initial pupate phase was the best time to release Chouioia cunea Yang. The Chouioia cunea Yang should be released for two times in one generation, the first time should be released at H. cunea mature larval phase, and after7-10days(H. cunea initial pupate phase) do the second time. After release Chouioia cunea Yang, the damage of H. cunea was dramatic declined, it’s parasitic rate reach up to over95%.
