The environment of the earth is deteriorating gradually.One of the main reasons is the sharp decrease of forest area.Since 1900,the forest area around the world has disappeared by 1600 hectares every year.The disappearance of forest area leads to serious soil desertification,poor air quality and low water resources quality;in human society,it leads to slow down the development of social economy and slow down the progress of society.One of the main reasons for the rapid decrease of forest area is forest fire.For forest fire,China has been increasing the design and development of fire-fighting equipment between forests.In view of the complex forest environment,how to enter and walk freely is the main content of the research and development at this stage,so the design of a forest fire-fighting equipment that can walk freely in the forest,with simple structure and operation has become the key task in the field of forest fire-fighting in China.In this paper,the fire-fighting principle of forest fire is analyzed and discussed,the fire-fighting mode of the machine is determined,and the basic theory of axial-flow fan and water mist nozzle is discussed to understand its main components,main performance parameters and basic equations.Combined with the design requirements of forest fire extinguishing equipment,a forest fire extinguishing equipment based on crawler chassis is designed,which combines the spray mechanism with the crawler chassis.The key parts of the self-propelled strong water mist fire extinguisher are theoretical calculation and structural design of the crawler chassis,spray mechanism,axial flow fan,whole machine frame and sprinkler,and the optimal design of the sprinkler parts is provided,which provides the basis and direction for the development of the subsequent products of the fire extinguisher.Fluent software is used to analyze the internal flow field of the air duct in the spray part of the self-propelled strong water mist fire extinguisher.The internal flow characteristics and influencing factors of the fan performance are explored,and the flow velocity of the outlet of the ventilator is obtained,and the rationality of the design of the ventilator is verified,so as to ensure the fire extinguishing performance of the machine.Using ANS YS The software carries on the finite element analysis to the whole frame of the self-propelled strong wind and water mist fire extinguisher,obtains the stress,strain and deformation nephogram through the static analysis of the whole frame,checks its strength and rigidity;obtains the natural frequency of the whole frame through the modal analysis,ensures the safety and rationality of the structure design,and provides ideas for the design of other key parts.The self-propelled strong wind water mist fire extinguisher designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,small volume and high reliability,which can effectively solve the problems of current forest fire-fighting operation,ensure the safety and fire-fighting efficiency of forest fire-fighting personnel,and provide new ideas for the future development of the industry.
