Based on the Reclaimed Water Demonstration Base of the First Sewage Treatment Plant in Zhongwei City,Ningxia,this article aims at the impact of domestic reclaimed water on wolfberry under drip irrigation conditions in Zhongwei City,Ningxia.The 5-year-old Ningqi N o.7.The influence of different water quality,irrigation quota,fertilization amount and root growth space on the growth and development,yield,quality and other indicators of Lycium barbarum was systematically studied to determine the scientific and reasonable reclaimed water,high-efficiency,water-saving and safe irrigation and fertilization system for Lycium barbarum.Increase efficiency provides theoretical basis.The main research results are as follows:(1)A two-factor three-level randomized block experiment was used to study the effects of different irrigation quotas on the plant height,chlorophyll content,yield and quality of Lycium barbarum under different water quality conditions.Experiments show that water quality and irrigation quota are both important factors affecting the yield of wolfberry,while reclaimed water will reduce the yield of wolfberry,which is higher under mixed irrigation conditions.In general,under mixed irrigation medium and horizontal treatment(Q2R2)conditions,the most suitable increase in wolfberry production,when the irrigation quota is too large,it will actually cause a decrease in wolfberry production.Under the experimental conditions,the suitable irrigation system is 1:1 mixed irrigation with reclaimed water and tap water(Q2),and the irrigation quota is medium level 3564 m3·hm-2(R2).The growth and yield of wolfberry are better than other treatments,and The fruit quality is good.(2)Using the three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment to study the influence of water quality,irrigation quota and fertilization on the plant height,chlorophyll content,yield and quality of Lycium barbarum,it is concluded that different factors have influence on plant height,chlorophyll content and yield of Lycium barbarum.And the primary and secondary factors of quality,single factor change law and optimal combination of factors.The experiment showed that:the yield was analyzed by variance analysis.The order of the three factors' influence on yield was irrigation water quality Q>irrigation quota R>fertilization amount F,and all three factors reached a significant level.All quality indicators of wolfberry are affected by irrigation quota and water quality.The content of total sugars,polysaccharides,soluble sugars,?-carotene and flavonoids increased with the increase of fertilization,and the content of betaine decreased with the increase of fertilization.With the increase of irrigation quota,the content of total sugar,polysaccharide,betaine,soluble sugar and ?-carotene will decrease,and the content of flavonoids will increase.The optimal combination of various factors is Q2R2F3,that is,when the irrigation water quality is mixed irrigation(Q2),the irrigation quota is 3564 m3/hm2(R2),and the fertilization rate is high-fertilizer treatment(F3),the yield of wolfberry is better than other treatments,and the growth And the fruit quality is good.(3)A three-factor and three-level randomized block experiment was used to study the effects of different water quality,irrigation quota and root growth space on the plant height,chlorophyll content,yield and quality of Lycium barbarum.The results showed that the root restriction of wolfberry has an inhibitory effect on the growth of wolfberry,and with the decrease of root space,the inhibitory effect on the growth of wolfberry becomes greater.At the same time,under the condition of limited roots,the use of reclaimed water to irrigate wolfberry will have a serious inhibitory effect on the growth of wolfberry,and the less the root space,the increase in the irrigation quota and the inhibitory effect will increase.The suitable irrigation system under the experimental conditions is unlimited roots(S3),tap water irrigation(Q2),and high irrigation quota of 3420 m3/hm2(R3).The growth and yield of wolfberry are better than other treatments.
