Portable wind fire extinguisher is an important equipment for forest fire prevention in China.The performance of the fire extinguisher has a great impact on the effect of extinguishing forest fires.According to relevant literature analysis,at present,there is no uniform standard for the detection of performance indicators of portable wind fire extinguishers in China.Therefore,this paper designs a wind fire extinguisher performance detection system based on the national specifications for the performance of wind fire extinguishers.The performance indicators of fire extinguishers are accurately and quickly detected and calibrated.This article analyzes in detail the performance calibration standards for wind fire extinguishers and designs a portable wind fire extinguisher performance automatic detection system.First,based on machine vision technology,the outlet of the portable wind fire extinguisher is detected,and the image recognition algorithm is adopted.The Open CV(Open Source Computer Vision Library)Huff circle detection algorithm is combined with the least square circle fitting to realize the shape recognition of the fire extinguisher outlet And center positioning.Secondly,a three-axis motion software and hardware control system is designed to achieve fast and accurate positioning of the wind speed detector by the control strategy.Developed a Py Qt-based wind fire extinguisher detection software platform.Based on image processing and stepper motor control technology,the wind extinguisher centerline of the wind extinguisher and the high-precision wind speed detector pitot tube centerline were precisely overlapped to meet the national standards for wind speed detection.Finally,the wind speed of the fan,triaxial vibration acceleration,ear noise,fan speed,and other winds are communicated with the host computer software through standard instruments such as the Pitot tube pressure differential anemometer,multifunctional vibration analyzer,multifunctional sound level meter,and speed.Detection and calibration of fire extinguisher performance parameters.The test results show that the system can realize rapid shape recognition and center positioning of the air outlet,and the positioning accuracy error is 1mm,and it can achieve wind speed,fan speed,ear noise,The continuous and rapid detection and calibration of the performance parameters of the axis vibration acceleration complete the development of an automatic detection system for the performance of the wind extinguisher,which meets the requirements of the relevant technical indicators.
