Lingwuchang jujube is a traditional economic forest species in the central region of Ningxia.The local jujube irrigation mode is the combination of flood irrigation and drip irrigation.This mode not only wastes water resources,but also can not improve fruit quality through water and fertilizer regulation.This experiment takes lingwuchang jujube,the main local fresh food variety,as the research object,through different drip irrigation irrigation quota and fertilization level experimental research In order to achieve the purpose of water-saving irrigation and improving quality and efficiency,the optimal irrigation and fertilization scheme for improving fruit yield and quality of Zizyphus jujube was explored.The water consumption of jujube trees in different growth stages was different.The water consumption of the whole growth stage of each treatment was flowering and fruit setting stage>germination and leaf expanding stage>fruit expanding stage>fruit mature stage.The water consumption of each treatment in the whole growth period is 240.67mm,W2 is 319.82mm,W3 is 400.61mm,the average daily water consumption intensity of each treatment in the whole growth period is 1.79mm,W2 is 2.35mm,W3 is 2.99mm.Under W1 treatment,KC value was in the stage of budding and unfolding,flowering and fruiting,fruit maturity and fruit expansion.Under W2 treatment,KC value was in the stage of flowering and fruiting,sprouting and unfolding,fruit expansion and fruit maturity.Under W3 treatment,KC value was more than 1 in the stage of budding and unfolding,fruit expansion and fruit maturity.With the increase of irrigation amount,the water use efficiency of leaves decreased,and the highest treatment was w1f1 at 8:00,followed by W1F2 and W1F3.At the same time,the lowest water use efficiency of leaves was was W3F2.It can be seen from the analysis that the daily change of photosynthetic rate of Lingwu Long Jujube under low irrigation quota is mainly caused by stomatal restriction rather than stomatal restriction.Through the software of leaf area analysis and statistical analysis,the leaf characteristics of different parts and directions of Lingwu jujube were obtained.The results showed that the leaf sizes of each direction of jujube were S-east>S-south>S-north>S-west,The regression equations of leaf length,width,length × width and leaf area of jujube were obtained.The regression equation of leaf area to length × width was fitted.The fitted regression equation is y=0.5909x+0.9874.The physical quality and chemical characteristics of jujube trees were affected by different irrigation.The physical quality of jujube fruit increased with the increase of irrigation quota and fertilization,but the fruit shape index reached the maximum under w1f1 treatment.Under the treatment of W2F1 the Vc content of jujube fruit was the largest,reaching 410.67mg·100g-1.In the experimental study,the soluble solid content of jujube fruit was the highest 31.24%under the treatment of W3F2,the reducing sugar content was the highest 19.36%under the trearment of w1f1,among which the total acid content was the highest in the treatment of W3F3,the total acid content was 0.49%,and the total acid content was the lowest in the treatment of w3f1,0.33%.Among different irrigation and fertilization combination treatments,W2W2 treatment had the highest sugar acid ratio,75.17 at the highest,W3F3 treatment had the lowest sugar acid ratio,60.06 at the lowest.Except W1 irrigation treatment,the sugar acid ratio of F2 treatment had the highest in different irrigation.Through the analysis of yield and water use efficiency,it can be seen that the yield of Zizyphus jujuba is the largest under the treatment of W1F2 water and fertilizer,in which the irrigation amount is 360L/plant,the fertilization amount is 400g/plant,the yield per hm can reach 7244.88kg,and the highest yield per plant can reach 8.3kg/plant.Under the condition of W1F2 water and fertilizer(WUE=3.91 kg/m3),the water production efficiency of lingwuchang jujube was the highest in the experiment.By using the method of distance between good and bad solution to synthesize all evaluation indexes,we can get that w2f1 water and fertilizer treatment has the best quality,and w3f2 water and fertilizer treatment has the worst quality.The scores of each treatment are:W2F1>W1F2>W1F1>W2F2>W3F3>W3F1>W1F3>W2F3>W3F2.
