| LingwuChangzao is an excellent fresh jujube variety in Ningxia.It is mainly planted in Lingwu County and is a local agricultural advantage industry.In order to fully understand the difference of fruit quality and its relationship with soil nutrients and meteorological factors in LingwuChangzao plantations of Ningxia,11 representative LingwuChangzao plantations were selected in this paper to determine the Jujube fruit quality,soil factors,and meteorological factors of different plantations were collected.Analytic hierarchy process,correlation analysis,and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the fruit quality in different plantations.Analysis of relationship between soil nutrients,temperature and precipitation.and the important soil nutrient factors and meteorological factors affecting the fruit quality of LingwuChangzao were screened.The main results were as follows:(1)There are significant differences in fruit quality between different planting plantation in LingwuChangzao production area.Among these plantations,the fruit weight of Lvyuanheng Plantation,Shiba Village Plantation and Fruit industry company Plantation,their Single fruit quality ranges between 11.09 g to 12.22 g,Total soluble sugar content is 21.28%to 23.50%,Vc content is 56.53 mg/100g to 87.40 mg/100g.These plantations overall fruit's quality is excellent.Luyuanheng company Plantation,Zaoboyuan Plantation,Langpiziliang Village,Daquan Forest farm Plantation,Fruit Weight was between 12.01 g to 12.62 g,Soluble sugar content was between 19.40%to 22.89%,and Vc content was between 52.87 mg/100g to 81.52 mg/100 g.These plantations overall fruit's quality is good.The overall quality of the fruit is generally of Shangqiaocun Village Plantation,Baitugang Village Plantation,Yuanyi farm Plantation,Yinhu company Plantation.(2)There are significant differences in soil nutrient status among different plantations of LingwuChangzao plantations,Organic matter content between 2.39g/kg to11.71g/kg,Available nitrogen between 24.50mg/kg to 78.32mg/kg,Available phosphorus was Between 4.30 mg/kg to 36.42 mg/kg,Available potassium was between 60.00 mg/kg to 840.00 mg/kg.Using Correlation analysis and Multivariate stepwise regression analysis to analyse relationship between soil factors and fruit quality and showed that the main soil nutrients affecting fruit quality were selected.Organic matter,Total nitrogen,Total Calcium,Total Selenium.There was a significant correlation between organic matter and total nitrogen content,soluble solids content and Vc content,and there was a significant correlation between total calcium and total selenium content and the total fruit weight and total soluble sugar content.(3)There is no significant difference in temperature and precipitation between different plantations of LingwuChangzao.Average annual temperature is between 7.6 ? to 8.5 ?,Average annual precipitation is between 179.50 mm to 233.23 mm.Due to the small span of survey plots,the correlation between meteorological factors and fruit quality is not significant.Analysis of Relationship between Meteorological Factors and Fruit Quality by using Principal Component Analysis.The results show that the main temperature and precipitation factors affecting fruit quality are Annual minimum temperature,Effective accumulated temperature in the bud,Precipitation during flowering,Precipitation in mature season.(4)Analysis of Fruit Quality,Major Soil Factors and Meteorological Factors in different plantations in production area of LingwuChangzao by Fuzzy Clustering,when the Euclidean distance is 0.85,11 plantations were divided into four categories.The first category includes:Shiba Village Plantation,LingwuChangzao Manor Base,Luyuanheng Co.,Ltd.Base,LangpiziliangXinmin Village Plantation,Shangqiao Village Plantation.The second category includes Fruit industry company Plantation,Yinhu company Plantation,Baitugang Village Plantation.The third category is Daquan Forest Farm Plantation.The fourth category is Zaoboyuan Plantation. |
