This study aims to explore under the different levels of salinization soil grow alfalfa in quality of nutritional quality of silage,fermentation,the main change rules of microbial quantity,according to different additives in silage quality evaluation in saline-alkali land application effect of alfalfa silage modulation,saline-alkali land for planting alfalfa silage provide theoretical basis for modulation,it provides a practical reference for planting alfalfa silage in large-scale saline-alkali land.This test set four different salinity levels,respectively,the non-saline(NS),light saline(LS),moderate saline(MS),heavy saline(HS),using the single factor randomized block design of experiment,using the three additives,cellulase,acetic acid,sucrose to add each treatment group respectively,detection of silage 30d and 60d nutritional quality,fermentation quality and 0d,1d,3d,5d,7d,10d,15d,30d,60d main microbial quantity changes.The results show that:(1)Salinization has an impact on the nutritional quality of alfalfa silage.The best nutritional quality of alfalfa silage materials is MS,with the highest content of nonstructural carbohydrate,the highest content of crude protein,the lowest content of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber,which is conducive to silage of alfalfa silage in MS,and the higher content of nonstructural carbohydrate can provide more adequate fermentation substrate.(2)Cellulase was the best silage additive for alfalfa in NS.The best alfalfa silage additive of LS was acetic acid.The best alfalfa silage additive of MS was sucrose.HS best silage additive for alfalfa is cellulase or acetic acid.(3)In the fermentation process of alfalfa silage with different salinization degrees on 60d,the number of major microorganisms varied.In alfalfa silage,the number of lactic acid bacteria in NS,LS,MS and HS was the highest on the 10d,10d,3d and Id of silage,and the number of lactic acid bacteria in NS silage was the highest on the 60d of silage.In silage with cellulase added,the number of lactic acid bacteria in NS,LS,MS,HS silage was the highest on the 1d,1d,1d and 0d of silage,and the number of lactic acid bacteria in silage of MS was the highest on the 60th day of silage.In addition to acetic acid silage,the number of lactic acid bacteria in NS,LS,MS and HS reached the highest on the 1d,1d,30d and 0d of fermentation,and the number of lactic acid bacteria in HS reached the highest on the 60th day of silage.In addition to sucrose silage,the number of lactic acid bacteria in NS,LS,MS and HS silage was the largest on the 1d,1d,10d and 0d of fermentation,and the number of lactic acid bacteria in NS silage was the largest on the 60d of silage.No mold appeared in LS,MS and HS silage.In alfalfa raw material,cellulase and acetic acid silage,a few mildew existed in silage at different salinization levels before 60d,and all mildew disappeared at 60d.
