Rheology is a branch of mechanics.It is a science that studies the flow and deformation of matter under the action of external forces.This paper takes 7 bulk materials(corn,wheat germ,soybean hulls,sugar beet meal,rice bran meal,flax seed,soybean meal)as research objects,By measuring changes in rheological characteristics(rest angle,compression coefficient,rebound coefficient,internal friction angle,cohesive force)of feed materials after crushing,mixing,conditioning,granulation processing,Furthermore,the influence of material rheology on the quality of pellet feed is discussed,which provides an effective theoretical basis for the production,processing and quality control of pellet feed.The main research contents are divided into the following three aspects:??Through the comparison test of the rheological characteristics of different materials before and after crushing,the influence of the crushing process on the rheological properties of the materials was explored.The result shows:The angle of repose before crushing different materials is significantly different(P <0.05):Flaxseeds <corn <beet meal <soybean meal <rice bran meal <soybean hull <wheat embryo;After crushing,the angle of repose of soybean hulls and rice bran meal decreased significantly(P <0.05),while the rest increased significantly(P<0.05).The crushing process also affects the compression factor of the material,Reduces the compressibility of rice bran meal,wheat germ,soybean meal,soybean hulls,corn;flaxseed,beet meal.After the crushing process,only the resilience of soybean meal increased,and the remaining six materials decreased.The shear strength of different materials is different,which is different from the completely non-sticky body(the shear strength is only affected by the internal friction angle),The shear strength of different materials is the result of the combined action of internal friction angle and cohesion.??By comparing the rheological properties of the four formulations after different processing techniques,the trend of the rheological properties of the materials after the tempering process and the granulation process is explored;(2)the effect of different moisture contents on the rheological properties of the materials after conditioningThe result shows:The quenching and tempering process lowers the angle of repose of the material,increases the compression characteristics,rebound characteristics,and cohesion,and has an influence onthe internal friction angle but has no regularity;It has an influence on the rebound characteristics but no regularity.Within the range of moisture gradient selected in this experiment,as the moisture of the material decreases,the angle of repose has a tendency to become smaller,the internal friction angle remains almost unchanged,and the compression characteristics,rebound characteristics,and cohesive force all show different levels of fluctuation.The rheological characteristics under this test condition are not regular.There is a very high correlation between the rheological indicators of the two and some pellet feed quality indicators.??Through the correlation analysis between the raw material rheological property index and pellet feed quality index,establish the relationship model between the material rheological property and pellet feed quality.The result shows:After the four formulas were conditioned,the relationship between the rheological characteristics of the materials and the quality index of pellet feed,the relationship between the rheological characteristics of the finished pellet feed and the quality index of pellet feed were analyzed by multivariate linear analysis,There is a very high correlation between the rheological indicators of the two and some pellet feed quality indicators.In this experiment,it is expected to provide guidance for feed processing through rheological properties,realize online control of production process through rheological properties,and construct a feed quality evaluation system based on rheological properties of pellet feed.
