| Forest carbon sequestration is an effective way and an important means to mitigate and respond to climate change.Carbon sequestration forestry is an important and forward-looking industry and charity with an international perspective.Strategic choice for sustainable economic and social development.China is the country with the fastest net increase in forest area in the world,and Chinese forestry has made important contributions to the global response to climate change.After the reform of the forest ownership system in the southern collective forest area,the enthusiasm of forest management and the vitality of the forest management market have been activated.Development momentum.Lukou District of Zhuzhou City is one of the first batch of forestry carbon sink projects in Hunan Province.Its forestry management body is clearly forest farmers.The forest area accounts for 51%of the total area of the district.It has excellent carbon sink forest development potential.Therefore,from the perspective of forest farmers,analyze the main factors that affect the willingness of carbon sink forest management,study the quantitative model or method of carbon sink forest management benefits,and put forward suggestions for the development of carbon sink forests in Lukou District,which is conducive to promoting carbon sinks in the region Forest development and improving the social and economic benefits of carbon sink forests have certain reference value and theoretical significance.(1)Research on carbon sink forest management willingness.Taking the Phoenix Mountain Forest Farm,Junshan Forest Farm and Changgreen Forest Farm in Lukou District as case analysis objects,the questionnaire survey was used to collect forest farmers' information.Based on the planned behavior theory,the expected profit variable was introduced and the TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior)factor was constructed.The model,combined with the structural model and the measurement model,analyzed the main factors that affect the forest farmers' management willingness.The research results showed that:behavioral attitude,subjective norms and behavioral control,these three variables had passed the hypothesis model test,and the expected profit variable had failed the test;the significance test results of the four variables showed that behavioral attitude is the most significant and affects The coefficient was 0.400;the second significant was the subjective norm,the impact coefficient was 0.376;the third significant was the behavior control,the impact coefficient was 0.217;and the expected profit was not significant,the impact coefficient was 0.004.(2)Research on the economic benefits of carbon sink forests.Based on the data of the Lukou District Forest Resources Second Survey from 1998 to 2017 as the data source,the biomass conversion factor method and the stock volume method were used to calculate the carbon sink in Lukou District,and then combined with the afforestation cost and carbon tax rate method to calculate Based on the annual carbon sink price,the economic benefits of the carbon sink forest were evaluated accordingly.The results of the study showed that the economic benefits of carbon sink forests in Lukou District from 1998 to 2002 amounted to RMB 516.172 million,the economic benefits of carbon sink forests from 2003 to 2007 were RMB 507.511 million,and the economic benefits of carbon sink forests from 2008 to 2012 were RMB 498.813 million.Yuan,the economic benefits of carbon sequestration forests from 2013 to 2017 amounted to 8.354542 million yuan.Since Lukou District promoted the development of carbon sequestration forests from 2013 to 2017,the economic benefits of carbon sequestration forests had improved significantly compared to the previous three(3)Suggestions on carbon sink forest management and development.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of forest farmers' carbon sink forest management willingness in Lukou District,combined with the management benefits of carbon sink forests,from improving forest farmers'carbon sink economic awareness,regulating carbon sink policies and regulations,and promoting advanced carbon sink forest management technologies,Promote the construction of carbon sink market,increased the investment of carbon sink funds,and build a carbon sink trading information platform to propose corresponding carbon sink forest development proposals. |
