Camptotheca acuminata is a kind of perennial subtropical deciduous broad-leaved tree and belongs to Nyssaceae,which is a unique tree species in China.Camptothecin has high medicinal value,but at present,the picking of the leaves of camptotheca acuminata is mainly by hand,with low efficiency.According to the survey,there are few mature and reliable leaf picking and collecting machines in the market,and there are few related researches at home and abroad.Therefore,in this paper,a comb brush type electric leaf picking and collecting machine is developed to solve this problem.First of all,by looking up the relevant literature,through field observation and measurement,the growth environment,morphological parameters,planting spacing and picking requirements of the camptotheca acuminata were analyzed.The electric crawler chassis was determined as the walking device,and the actuator was comb brush type.And has carried on the extensive analysis and the demonstration.Secondly,according to the design scheme of the brush electric leaf collector,the 3D modeling and design of the brush electric leaf collector are carried out by SolidWorks,and then the finite element model is established by ANSYS to simulate and analyze each key component,and the dynamic simulation of the picking process of the prototype is carried out by ADAMS software.Finally,the prototype was manufactured and the field collection experiment was carried out.The results show that the best collection effect is when the comb brush tooth spacing is 9 mm and the number of picking is three times.At this time,the collection rate is 78.7%,the impurity rate is 6.5%,and the collection rate is 48.5%.The collection effect is good,and the collection work of camptotheca acuminata leaves can be basically completed.According to the problems such as poor collection effect and insufficient pull of push rod in the prototype test,we can make preparations for the optimization of the new generation of prototype.Through the test,we can conclude that the prototype can improve the work efficiency of picking and collecting camptotheca acuminata leaves,save labor resources,reduce the labor intensity of picking camptotheca acuminata leaves,and improve the economic benefits of forestry.
