Hop is an important indispensable for beer production of the raw materials; Chinese hops annual yield reaches the international forefront level, second only to American and Germany. But because of the degree of mechanization not matching, industry still has great development space in the mechanical domain hops. This design is the premise of the experimental research data to some of the original beer’s flower combine harvesters. The basic principle of the original models used by the new design does not change, and a vertical beer new flower harvesting equipment, transforms unit mode into a whole body m-odel. In this process, the original model omits the transition in unit-connection between s-tructures and equipment, also reduces the number of redundant structures, and devices the redesign of the complex material removal mechanism and petals recovery. In order to sho-rten the production process, this design reduces the labor-cost,the production-cost and equipment cost, and improves labor productivity and automation level and production efficiency of the objective.In this paper, this design puts forward the design of integral hop harvesting machine, and with the support of the central air supply system for the analysis and optimization through theoretical analysis and Fluent software analysis method, to our country existing hop harvesting unit for integration and optimization. Mainly it completed the following works:first, model structure chart to establish integral hop harvesting mechanism used3D modeling software; second, analysis of centralized air supply system work result used Gambit, Fluent and other software, and combined with a Gansu hops production base production I tested data verified the superiority of centralized air supply system.Finally:1. Integral hop harvesting mechanism has very reliable extended applicability. Not only to meet the existing production index reached machinery, improve the degree of automation and production efficiency, but also have great advantage in saving energy, reducing material consumption.2. Design of the centralized air supply system, greatly improves the mechanical equipment of flexible working ability. Convenient adjustable system greatly improves the production index of the machine.Due to limitations of time, energy, financial and other aspects, the overall mechanical harvesting hops there to throw a lot of room for improvement, but there are many problems still to need a lot of work to improve and advance.
