The cylinder-type shredder is a key part of the silage harvester.It plays an important role in the quality of material chopping and the working performance and efficiency of the whole machine.At present,the design and development of the cylinder-type shredder of the silage harvester is mainly based on the traditional design mode in China,which has a long R&D cycle and high cost.Nowadays,in order to satisfy the requirements of user customization and diversification,it is particularly important to achieve the intelligent design for the cylinder-type shredder of the silage harvester.Therefore,the axiomatic design-based theories and methods were applied to the intelligent design of the silage harvester,and an intelligent design system was developed for the silage harvester.An intelligent design method is proposed to meet the requirements of multi-functional,customization and diversification of the silage harvester cylinder-type shredder.A reasoning model was built based on axiomatic design method.A hierarchical mapping structure and a design case library model wera established.A precise search method classified by function was designed on the basis of the grey relational analysis.An intelligent design system for silage harvester cylinder-type shredder was developed according to axiomatic design and exemplary reasoning technology.A physical cylinder-type shredder was designed and manufactured.It turns out that the intelligent design system for silage harvester cylinder-type shredder works well.The specific research content includes as followed:1.Research object was analyzed.The structure and design process characteristics of the silage harvester shredder were studied in detail for the cylinder-type shredder,which is the key components of the silage harvester.Due to the complicated relationship between the functional requirements and design parameters in the design process of the shredding device,the design requirements and functional were analyzed,the axiomatic design theory was used to build a multi-level instance library model of the shredding device and the intelligent design system.2.An instance library was established.On the basis of investigating the design experience of a large number of designers and the national design standards and specifications,a large number of mature shredder design case parameters on the market have been collected,and an instance database based on SQL Sever has been established to build shredder drum intelligence.3.The reasoning process was designed for the cylinder-type shredder.The matter element representation model was used to express the instance information of the shredding device,and the evaluation criteria of the similarity measurement of the shredding device and the retrieval algorithm related to the case matching were studied.The shredding device instance was evaluated to obtain the design parameter information of the shredding device with the highest similarity.4.An intelligent design system was established for the cylinder-type shredder of the silage harvester.The Visual Studio integrated development platform was used for the secondary development of SolidWorks,and the intelligent design system of the shredding device was built.The key parameters of the shredding device instance model were retrieved,and the instance model was modified according to the design parameters.All of them were the whole design process of the shredding device.
