As an important force in the transformation,upgrading and development of key state-owned forest industry,forest tourism has been upgraded to the pillar industry of key state-owned forest industry.With the arrival of 5g Internet era,intelligent tourism and personalized customized tourism will usher in the spring of development,and the consumption demand of forest tourism will continue to upgrade.Under the new development mode,the reform of the management system and mechanism of the key state-owned forest tourism industry and the supply side structural reform are inevitable.This paper aims to provide scientific suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas by studying the coordination and constraints of the development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas,and studying new countermeasures and new ideas for the development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas in the new era.Taking forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas as the research object of this paper,on the basis of reading a large number of documents,this paper summarizes the concept of forest tourism and coordinated development,introduces the theory of ecological economy,industrial integration,sustainable development and coordinated development,analyzes the development status,effectiveness and problems of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas,and lays a good foundation for the following.Aiming at the defect of consistency test in analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy tomographic analysis is introduced.According to the current development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas,this paper summarizes the restrictive factors of forest tourism development from four aspects:location conditions,management mechanism,resource elements and legal policies.Based on the four constraints,16 three-level indicators and 4 constraints are selected to form the evaluation index system,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to study the impact of constraints on the development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas.Based on the Three-stage DEA model and the grey correlation model,combined with the selected indicators,this paper studies the internal coordination development of four forest tourism systems in key state-owned forest regions.It is found that the location conditions have the greatest impact on the development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas,followed by the resource factors,and the management mechanism and legal policies have the same impact on it;the environmental factors have different impacts on the coordination results of forest tourism in four forest industry groups;in recent years,only the development of forest tourism in Inner Mongolia forest industry group is in the coordination level;four forest industry group forest tourism associations are affected.The influence degree of tonal development indicators is not consistent.In view of the problems existing in the development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas,combined with the restrictive factors and the results of coordination analysis of forest tourism development,this paper puts forward to increase the government policy support,innovate the management system,strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the level of forest tourism facilities,develop tourism in accordance with laws and regulations,implement the regional coordinated development strategy,improve the innovation of tourism development Eight countermeasures for the development of forest tourism in key state-owned forest areas based on the application of science and technology.
