Forest plays a key role in the ecosystem,is the subject of the land ecosystem,forest has many powerful features,not only can realize the air purification,to ensure that the air stable equilibrium,but also for human survival and development to provide basic living supplies,meet the demand of human life,plays an important role,played an indispensable key role,is extremely important in the process of human survival and development of resources,as human beings,should take the corresponding measures and means to protect the forest resources are not destroyed,achieve long-term sustainable development.However,based on the actual situation,influenced by many factors,forest resources dwindling,one of the biggest influence factor is the forest fires,and forest fire is a sudden strong,fast destructive,damage and natural disaster relief is difficult,and prone to damage trees and understory plants resources,the harm to wildlife,cause soil erosion,reduce the downstream river water quality and air pollution caused by secondary disasters,therefore,forest fire monitoring technology has become a common concern of the world's research topic,effective monitoring and embodies the important significance of the application of forest fire prevention and control,It has provided strong support and guarantee for the development and progress of social economy,which should be taken seriously by the national government and relevant departments.In the process of forest fire monitoring,all kinds of meteorological information and fire information is a key factor in prediction and rescue using cloud technology to collect various data information,establish a multi-dimensional,comprehensive,large information,intelligent data analysis,the whole monitoring early warning,location query command,on the occurrence and development of fire monitor has extremely important role.Through research and analysis of climate factors and human factors,discusses the two kinds of factors on the impact of forest fire,based on the related simulation analysis,the choice of forest fires as the output of the simulation analysis,using the technique of artificial neural network and has the characteristics of the system optimization of structure,combination of multidimensional cloud environment the advantage of large amount of data,in the treatment of fire monitoring and prediction,disaster relief in the process of the wind,topography,personnel and other uncertainty anticipation,prediction,command,all have very good performance.Papers to MaoEr mountain experimental forest farm of geographic data information,weather information and management staff of information,establish experimental forest farm MaoEr mountain cloud database information,use cloud technology to upload database interaction,combined with BP neural network to establish the forecast model of theory,constructs the cloud-based MaoEr mountain experimental forest fire monitoring system.
