Forest is the main body of the terrestrial ecosystem,and has important strategic significance for the global ecological environment,the rise and fall of the nation and the development of the society.Among the factors that threaten the forest resources,forest fire is a natural disaster with strong sudden,destructive,fast damage,and difficult disposal and rescue,and it is easy to destroy forest and forest plant resources,harm wild animals,cause soil erosion,reduce the water quality of the river and cause air pollution and so on.The disaster is one of the most serious disasters that destroy the balance of nature and society.It has good economic,social and ecological benefits to predict and control forest fires.In the process of forest fire prediction and fire fighting,the information of all kinds of fire fields is the key factor of prediction and rescue.It directly affects the command and decision-making of fire fighting and rescue.It is of great significance to collect all kinds of data and integrate information in time to monitor the development situation of fire and protect the forest resources.In this paper,the climatic and geographical factors that affect the forest fire are used as input of the neural network and the average line velocity of the fire head spread as the output,and the weight and connection of the influence factors to the fire are analyzed,and the simulation and simulation are carried out through the training simulation of a large number of statistical data,and the network node is based on the network node in the large quantity data analysis and processing.Structure combination to obtain fire development threat assessment and situation assessment.This paper first summarizes the recent situation of forest fire in the world and China,then expounds the development process,structure,characteristics and algorithms of artificial neural network,and introduces the information fusion technology based on artificial neural network and the information fusion model of BP neural network.In this study,based on the statistical data of the fire in recent ten years in Hunan,a model of BP neural network,which can be used for information fusion,is established by using MATLAB.The simulation results show that although there is a certain error in the BP neural network,it does not affect the good fitting function of the neural network,and it is used in the actual fire decision-making process.In this paper,we can give the development situation assessment which is closer to the expected decision maker of the fire control command,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper introduces the MATLAB file to be called in the form of asp.net compatible with.Net,and designs the Lin Huoxin integration platform with 3S system integration technology.
