As a working tool,manned agricultural aircraft can generate high-speed wind energy during flight,convert the wind energy into other forms of energy and store it for use,which has positive significance for the energy saving and emission reduction of the aircraft.In this paper,the wind energy-storage system of manned agricultural aircraft is used as the research object based on aircraft wind energy,and a wind energy-storage system scheme with wind impeller and scroll compressor as the core components is designed.In-depth analysis and research were conducted on the optimization of wind-collecting devices,wind-collecting efficiency,and the influencing factors of aircraft flow field.According to the actual working conditions of the manned agricultural aircraft and the basic theory of wind blade design,the basic parameters of the wind blade were proposed and determined.The Wilson design theory was used to aerodynamically design the shape of the wind blade;the CFD tool and related software were used to establish the wind impeller The finite element model and the aerodynamic performance of the wind impeller are analyzed.The pressure distribution of the wind impeller on the windward and leeward surfaces under three working conditions of 40 m / s,50 m / s and 60 m / s is obtained.The torque of the impeller is calculated.The results show that the designed power output error of the impeller is about 4%,and the wind energy utilization coefficients are all above 0.2.Within a reasonable range,it shows that the design of the wind impeller is more reasonable and can meet the requirements of use.In order to analyze the aerodynamic interference between the manned agricultural aircraft and the wind impeller,the wind impeller was installed in three positions in front of the wing,under the wing,and behind the wing,and the effects of different aircraft angles of attack were analyzed.The results show that the installation position of the wind impeller is the least impact on the aircraft when it is in front of the wing,which can reduce the influence of the wind impeller on the aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft.Reduce the impact of agricultural aircraft on the wind impeller,so that the wind impeller maintains an appropriate output torque;in addition,the output torque of the wind impeller decreases with the increase of the angle of attack of the aircraft,and increases with the increase of wind speed.According to the working principle and requirements of the pneumatic-energy storage system,the scroll compressor is selected as the compression energy storage component.On the basis of considering the leakage factor at the same time,the efficiency evaluation index and the energy conversion index are proposed according to the working principle of the scroll compressor The mathematical model of compressed air energy storage.In order to verify the rationality of-the design system scheme and the feasibility of actual operation,the structure scheme of the wind-energy storage test bench is designed,and the physical construction of the test bench is completed,and the energy conversion efficiency of the wind-energy storage system can be obtained according to the test results of the test bench,thus proving the feasibility of the proposed scheme.Through the research in this paper,a maneuvered agricultural aircraft wind-energy storage system with wind impeller and scroll compressor as the core components is constructed.This system can effectively reduce the impact on the aircraft itself while effectively using the aircraft wind energy The research results can lay a good foundation for the effective use of wind energy during the operation of agricultural aircraft,and have important engineering application value.
