Square bale baler is mainly used for collecting and baling crop straw. Square bale baler with flexible and convenient operation, stable performance and high efficiency, and its bales have moderate size and weight, easy handling, transporting and storing, so the square bale baler was widely welcomed by the majority of users.Knotter is a core component of square bale baler,in order to facilitate research on the existing D-type knotter and development of new knotter, on the basis of the action observation and the sequential analysis of the D-type knotter, A knotter test-bed was designed, it mainly including two parts,the power part and the frame part,the power part includes motor,reducer,sprocket,chain,etc.it is mainly provide power for the frame part. The frame part includes knotter and bale length adjusting mechanism, seeding mechanism, toggling mechanism, etc. Considering the change of outdoor test site,the manual crank was designed We can do the manual test in the case of on power.Domestic square baler is widely used D-type knotter,due to its complex structure and high manufacturing precision,most rely on imports.The imported kontter is expensive,limit the domestic demand.Therefore, our research team has developed buckle type knotter, the buckle knotter can realize the knotting function with preliminary test.On this basis, I through the improve the structure and parameters of extruding mechanism and toggling mechanism, corresponding cylinder, solenoid valves and other components,developed the pneumatic knotting system, with bale length adjusting mechanism, bale density adjusting mechanism, sending mechanism and other knotter auxiliary mechanism, to complete the extrude process, improve the reliability of bale operation. Pneumatic knotting system installed on the floor, after the toggling rope movement,the extruding mechanism complete the locking buckle with the power by cylinder,finish the action of extruding buckle,realize the automatic baling forage.In order to optimize the structure parameters and motion parameters of the pneumatic buckle knotter,with the virtual prototype design method.using solidworks for animation simulation and statics analysis of the parts,imported the assembly model of solidworks into ADAMS for the kinematic analysis, to obtain the corresponding stress nephogram and variation curve, analyzes the relationship and influence between the parameters, improved the accuracy of the design and the development efficiency of the prototype.According to the characteristic of narrow knotter installation space, under the condition of meeting the buckle stress. We chose TN 25-30 double rod cylinder, and developed a pneumatic buckle knotter.Let buckle type, rope type and air pressure as test parameters,Under the setting conditions,3 factors and 3 levels orthogonal test was carried out. The knotting rate of the knotter bench test is over 99%, the results show that meeting the design requirement.The pneumatic knotting system has the characteristics of relatively independent installation, convenient in remove and maintenance, has the advantages of simple structure and high reliability, compared with the D-type knotter,the pneumatic knotting system can reduce the processing difficulty and cost.
