China is the largest country in crayfish farming and consumption,and the farming scale and demand for crayfish are expanding year by year.Under this trend,the traditional extensive management mode based on human experience can no longer meet the needs of current farming in terms of scale and technology.In the high-density farming mode,continiued use of this traditional mode,will bring huge breeding risks to the farmers,undermining the yield and quality of the shrimp-rice agricultural products.Therefore,we can employ the Internet of Things(Io T)technology to timely and accurately collect the relevant environmental factor parameters of shrimp-rice farming field,and to achieve intelligent aeration and feeding control.This is the only way for us to upgrade our management mode from being traditional to being information-based and intelligent.The use of information-based,intelligent management mode can not only slash labor costs,and farming risks,and increase output rates,but also help improve product quality.Based on the analysis of the basic requirements of the shrimp-rice co-production on environmental factor parameters,we completed the design and test of the monitoring system of shrimp-rice co-production environment with the help of ZigBee wireless communication network technology,sensor measurement technology,embedded technology and 4G communication technology.The main research work is as follows:(1)The overall architecture of the system consisting of ZigBee wireless sensor network,aeration equipment,feeding equipment,video monitoring module,photovoltaic power generation module,upper computer module and remote server was designed.(2)The signal conditioning circuit of dissolved oxygen sensor and PH value sensor was designed,and the corresponding temperature compensation model was established.(3)The multi-sensor data fusion algorithm is studied,and an improved scheme of adaptive weighted fusion algorithm is designed.(4)Both the networking,sleep,serial communication,and device control of the coordinator node,routing node,and terminal node,and data acquisition of each sensor in ZigBee wireless sensor network were completed.(5)Using C# programming,the design of the PC monitoring software is completed to manage the sensors and its data.Finally,the designed shrimp-rice environmental monitoring system was tested in the laboratory.The result shows that the system designed in this paper can achieve online monitoring of environmental factor parameters,including air temperature and humidity,light intensity,dissolved oxygen concentration,p H value,liquid depth and turbidity.In addition,the result also shows that this system can control the the aerobic device.
