Study On Suitable Sowing Date Of Agropyron Michnoi Roshev.’Baiyinxile’

2018 to 2019,he experiment of different sowing dates of Agropyron michnoi Roshev.’Baiyinxile’ was carried out in the forage seed Breeding Farm of Plain Blue Banner,Inner Mongolia Xilingol League:(1)The soilable period in the town of Shangdu,Plain Blue Banner,is about eight months,from March 15 when the soil thaws to October 31 when it freezes.The remaining 4 months are non-broadcast.(2)There are three suitable sowing dates for the rhizomatous wheatgrass of Agropyron michnoi Roshev.‘Baiyinxile’:mid-march to mid-may,mid-august to mid-september and late October.Sowing on April 15 had the best growth performance,the growth rate was 1.87 cm/d,The hay yield was reached 2182.3 kg/hm2,the number of reproductive branches reached 413 ears/m,the number of seeds reached 82 seeds/ear,which showed that the seed yield reached 1733.5 kg/hm2 and the number of branches reached 497 total tillers/m,the weight of 1000-grain of seeds reached 2.098 g and the germination potential reached 57.4%.August 15 sowing of the same year seedling effect is good,for the next year to lay the foundation for growth.In the second year,the growth rate reached 2.02 cm/d,the hay yield was reached 6990.5 kg/hm2,the number of reproductive branches reached 410 ears/m,the number of seeds reached 85 seeds/ear,which showed that the yield of seeds reached 1821.1 kg/hm2,the number of branches reached 479 total tillers/m,the weight of 1000-grain of seeds reached 2.279 g,the germination potential reached 58.4%.At the end of October,no seedling appeared in the year of sowing.Next Spring,we can seize the favorable time of rainfall and plant seedlings in time,and the effect of sending seeds and sowing is good.In the second year,the growth rate reached 1.86 cm/d,the hay yield was reached 6801.7 kg/hm2,the number of reproductive branches reached 408 ears/m,the number of seeds reached 84 seeds/ear,which showed that the yield of seeds reached 1798.2 kg/hm2,the number of branches reached 467 total tillers/m,the weight of 1000-grain of seeds reached 2.137 g,the germination potential reached 56.8%.(3)It is not suitable for sowing from late May to early August in summer and late September to mid October in autumn.After sowing in summer,when the climate is dry and hot,soil moisture evaporation is strong,not easy to seedling,or make seedling death.Among them,on June 30,the plant height and growth rate were the slowest,40.7 cm and 0.27 cm/d,respectively.the lowest yield of Hay is 421.9 kg/hm2.After sowing at the end of autumn,the seeds Germinate partially and sprout individually,which is vulnerable to freeze-drying in winter and spring.In the second year of sowing on October 15,the growth rate was only 1.65 cm/d,The fresh weight of the above-ground part was only 615.24 g/m2,the yield of fresh grass was only 6152.4 kg/hm2,and the dry weight of the above-ground part was only 307.62 g/m2,the yield of Reduced Hay was only 3076.2 kg/hm2,the number of reproductive branches was only 178 ears/m and the seed yield was only 617.8 kg/hm2.
