Through experiments,numerical simulations and programming calculations,the effects of the structural parameters of the ballast on the hydraulic performance,the changes in the irrigation area and the uniformity of the combination of the two types of sprinklers after the ballast are installed are studied.Irrigation efficiency is of guiding significance.The main research results are as follows:(1)Two kinds of structural parameters of the ballast sample were made for testing,the hydraulic performance of the two specifications of the nozzle after the ballast was installed was analyzed,and the flow state index was calculated.The ballistic indexes after the ballast were installed were 0.448 and 0.3839,respectively.Respectively,decreased by 12.12%and 22.69%.Based on the test data,the mathematical model of the water distribution of the single nozzle of the four groups of experiments is established,and the model correlation and credibility are high.(2)Using FLUENT software to numerically simulate the nozzle and the flow stabilizer,the optimal turbulence model is determined as the standard k-? model,and the optimal mesh size is 0.8 mm.The mathematical model of the flow state index and flow coefficient on each structural parameter was established,and the significant effects of each structural parameter were ranked.The steady flow mechanism of the flow stabilizer is analyzed through the pressure field and the velocity field.(3)The calculation model of the branch pipe head loss and sprinkler irrigation uniformity is established,and the detailed solution steps are given,which are calculated by MATLAB software.Calculate and analyze the uniformity of sprinkler irrigation combination considering the pressure change of each sprinkler of the branch pipe,and also analyze the effect of 5 factors on the Cu value of the sprinkler irrigation uniformity and the primary and secondary order are:nozzle spacing,number of nozzles,inner diameter of branch pipe spacing,working pressure.(4)The influence of the flow stabilizer on the irrigation area and Cu value is calculated and analyzed.The results show that after the flow stabilizers of the two specifications of sprinklers are installed,the irrigation area and Cu value have increased to a certain extent.Under different pressures,the 6mm sprinkler irrigation The area growth rate is 6%?6.3 1%,and the Cu value growth rate is 3.14%?5.36%.The 8mm nozzle irrigation area growth rate is 6.77%?7.75%,and the Cu value growth rate is 3.2%?4.88%.
