Surface irrigation is the main way of irrigation in China,which has the advantages of low cost and environmental protection.As one of them,ditch irrigation is of great significance to the current situation of water shortage.In order to reduce the land occupation of irrigation ditch and further improve the irrigation efficiency,this paper proposes a new irrigation method,micro ditch irrigation,which is suitable for close planting crops in the field,based on the relevant literature and materials of ditch irrigation theory and technology research at home and abroad.It can increase the number of irrigation ditch,reduce the cross-section and ditch spacing of irrigation ditch,and realize the integrated operation of sowing and trenching.In this paper,three factors and three levels of orthogonal test are used to analyze the surface water movement characteristics and irrigation effect of ditch type within 20 cm of ditch width and depth,and to study the influence of different specifications of micro ditch on the process of water flow promotion and dissipation,irrigation efficiency and irrigation uniformity.The results are as follows:The linear function can be used to fit the water flow advance curve under the condition of micro ditch irrigation,and the significant factors affecting the water flow advance rate of micro ditch irrigation are ditch width.With the decrease of ditch width,the water flow advance rate increases,and the largest combination of the water flow advance rate is ditch width 6cm,ditch depth 5cm,and ditch spacing 60 cm.The quadratic function can be used to fit the water flow decline curve under the condition of micro ditch irrigation to affect the micro ditch irrigation The significant factor of water flow regression rate is ditch width.With the decrease of ditch width,the water flow regression rate first increases and then decreases.When the ditch width is 12 cm,the water flow regression rate reaches the maximum.The combination of factors that make the water flow regression rate the maximum is ditch width of 12 cm,ditch depth of 15 cm,and ditch spacing of 60 cm.Different ditch sizes have different effects on irrigation effect.The three factors of ditch spacing,ditch depth and ditch width have significant influence on irrigation efficiency.When the ditch specification is ditch width is 6cm,ditch depth is 10 cm,ditch spacing is 80 cm,the irrigation efficiency is the best;the ditch depth has significant influence on the uniformity of irrigation,while the ditch width and ditch spacing have no significant influence on the uniformity of irrigation,and When the ditch specification is ditch width is 18 cm,ditch depth is 5cm,ditch spacing is 60 cm,the uniformity of irrigation is the best;the comprehensiveirrigation efficiency and uniformity of irrigation affect the comprehensive performance of irrigation from large to small factors are ditch spacing,ditch width and ditch depth,the best combination is ditch width is 18 cm,ditch depth is 5 cm,ditch spacing is 80 cm.Based on the analysis of contour map of water content distribution of each experimental treatment,it is concluded that the effect of wide and shallow micro ditch size irrigation is better under the condition of micro ditch irrigation.
