The main reason for the failure of soil contact parts of agricultural machinery is wear and tear.As the key soil contact parts of agricultural machinery,plough shovel easily wear when interacting with soil during cultivation.In China,materials loss due to wear and tear account for 28%-30% of the total amount of steel used in the production of touching soil working parts,about 150-200 million tons,resulting in an estimation of economic loss over 18 billion yuan.Enhancing the abrasion resistance of the plough shovel can improve the service life of the plough shovel,improve the working efficiency,reduce fuel consumption,reduce the cost of farm season of frequently replacement of the plough shovel,the market prospect is wide.Abrasive wear and fatigue wear are the most main wear forms of field touch soil parts.In this paper,the abrasive characteristics of youyi farm five branch factory two team of sandy soil and the main forms of wear are analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of the tissue component of the plough shovel imported from abroad and the domestic general plough shovel,the three dimensional structure model of the plough shovel was established by using Creo5.0 software,and the statics analysis of the plough shovel was carried out by ANSYS Workbench 17.0 finite element software,and the optimization structure of the plough shovel was determined.To solve the deep pine plough shovel of poor wear resistance,short service life problems,meanwhile considerate to the manufacture cost,the technology of thermal spraying,laser cladding technology,composite spray welding was analyzed and compared,and the characteristics of surface treatment technologies.such as the use of oxyacetylene flame spray welding technology in the 65 Mn steel substrate was prepared by composite spray welding layer of Ni-WC,studied Ni60 with different mass fraction of WC composite powder in a certain impact on the wear resistance of spray welding layer.The zeiss inversion microstructure Axio,MH-6 microhardness and wear resistance of spray welding layer were tested by ML-100 metalloscope,microhardness tester and reciprocating form abrasive wear tester in laboratory test.The results showed that the hardness and wear resistance of Ni60+35%WC ?Ni60+45%WC and Ni60+50%WC the average hardness of the surface was 1016.25,1050.10 and 1105.42,respectively composite powder improve with the increase of WC mass fraction in a certain range.Deep tillage soil preparation test was completed in jiamusi city,heilongjiang province youyi farm five branch factory two team.In this experiment,three factors and five level rotary orthogonal tests were carried out with operating speed A,working depth B and penetration angle C as the influencing factors,and the wear loss of plough shovel as the objective function.The design-expert 8.0.6 software was used to process the data of spade working operation,and the optimal parameter combination of spraying welding plough operation was determined.the operating speed is 10km/h,the working depth is 294.5mm,the penetration angle is 23°,and the wear loss of the plough shovel is lower than 85.29 g for continuous operation of 100 mu land.by comparing the abrasion resistance plough shovel made of Ni-WC composite powder for oxyacetylene flame spray welding with 65 Mn common plough shovel in the field,it is found that the abrasion resistance of oxyacetylene flame spray welding plough shovel is obviously better than that of common plough shovel.According to the failure criterion,it is found that the abrasion resistance of spray welding plough shovel is 2.89 times higher than that of common plough shovel.
