| Wear is the main reason for the failure of agricultural machinery contact parts,which has become an important constraint factor for the development of high sp eed and large scale tillage machinery in China.The annual economic loss is more than 15 billion RMB.As the key parts of the tillage and soil preparation machinery,the field soil components such as the plough shovel,so as to improve the performance and reduce the manufacturing cost,have important economic value and wide application prospect.In this paper,using Abqus finite element software for reversible plough shovel was analyzed,with the free mesh method,through the plow shovel main cutting blade,cutting edges and shovel surface respectively applying 3000 N,2000N and 500 N load,analysis of plow shovel and distribution area should be the size of stress and strain under load.The proper position of the fixing hole of the plow shovel is determined.The results show that the A type plough shovel with small deformation should be selected on the premise of meeting the strength requirement.Considering the service life and manufacturing cost of the plough,the surface coating treatment of the plough was carried out by plasma surfacing.Through the analysis and comparison of chemical composition and physical parameters of the plow shovel of surfacing material,welding material selection Ni60 A powder and WC alloy,2:1 ratio,pile layer thickness is 1.1mm,plasma welding nozzle to the plow shovel to be coated surface distance H is 8mm,Ar protective gas flow is 12.0/min,feeding gas flow rate is 1.8L/min.The welding parameters of current,velocity and mass percentage of WC were determined,and nickel base tungsten carbide plasma surfacing plough was prepared.The hardness of the surfacing layer was the highest,followed by the heat affected zone,and the hardness of the substrate was the lowest.The hardness measurement of the plasma surfacing plough and 65 Mn plough shows that the hardness of the surfacing plough is 1.57 times higher than that of the 65 Mn.The surfacing layer between substrate and transition layer microstructure characteristics and spatial morphology was observed by metallographic microscope,observed that the surfacing layer has dense microstructure observed no obvious porosity,the transition between surfacing layer and matrix showed a good binding state.The project team in the field of deep turning operation test in the Heilongjiang City,north of Qitaihe city farms.The optimal design method of three factor and five level orthogonal regression rotation center group was adopted in the experiment.The operation speed,tillage depth and penetration angle as the influence factors,to wear surfacing plow shovel as objective function,data processing and analysis using Design-Exper8.0.5 software to determine the optimal parameters of welding operation of deep plowing plow shovel.The field test shows that the wear resistance of the wear resistant plough is good,and the service life is 2.58 times higher than that of the market. |
