As the main function of ecological environment,forest plays an important role in regulating the environment and resources.However,due to the weak management of forest management in grass-roots production units,the amount of forest resources per mu in China is still at a low level in the world,the forest management effect is not good,and its multi-functional benefits can't be effectively played.Meanwhile,in the 13 th five year plan,the State Forestry and grassland administration requires that the domestic forestry informatization rate be increased to 80% by 2020,so as to achieve the remarkable improvement of forestry informatization rate and the goal of forestry automation office and scientific management.Based on the demand of grass-roots forest management units for forest tending management,this paper takes l Forestry Bureau in Northeast China as the research object,and establishes a set of forest tending decision support system connecting all levels of organizations.The system can provide scientific and effective decision support services for forest managers in the process of forest tending and management.This paper first combs the forest tending process of L Forestry Bureau,finds the decision-making points in tending management in the business process,and uses the way of process optimization to standardize the decision-making process.Then,on the basis of case-based reasoning,based on the case data of L forestry bureau from 2015 to 2018,the case base is constructed by using the framework knowledge representation method,and the weight of case attributes is calculated by using water injection algorithm.Finally,case reasoning is carried out by combining the idea of fish and shrink algorithm and the improved normalized Euclidean distance nearest neighbor algorithm.Using the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative,from the practical significance of management,this paper studies the evaluation model of case-based reasoning,and analyzes the scientificity of the results of case-based reasoning.In terms of technology,this paper designs the overall framework and functional structure of the system according to the basic business needs,and uses activiti process engine to combine the decision support system with the existing forestry business process system(Smartforest),so as to meet the business needs of decision makers(located in different geographical positions)to make real-time decisions according to the business processes.Finally,based on Saa S mode of cloud computing,FTGDSS is deployed in the basic hardware environment(cloud server)which is in line with the operation of forestry basic units.The results show that the system uses a lot of historical business data to assist managers to make management decisions for forest tending business,and solves the forest tending business decision-making problem involving multiple people in different time and space.At the same time,it also solves the problem of automatic acquisition of big data in decision support systems,and promotes the development of decision support system technology in forestry informatization in combination with big data.
