The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China calls for the promotion of the overall layout of the "Five in One",which provides a fundamental basis for the green Beijing development strategy.To build a world-class ecological civilization livable city is the common ideal and goal of all Beijing citizens.The purpose of Beijing landscape plant science popularization application is to provide an intelligent information platform for Beijing’s ecological greening,comprehensively use the new generation of information technology to form a plant science popularization App integrating the information perception,science popularization education,comprehensive management and public service of landscaping,so as to help the construction of smart city and smart landscape.The development of the popular science application of landscape plants in Beijing adopts the C/S structure,the client uses Cordova as the core framework,calls the API communication interface provided by Cordova through Java Script to access the core functions of different mobile platform devices;uses Ionic and Angular JS framework together,constructs the UI interface of mobile application quickly through the web technology supported by Cordova,which has good compatibility;Cordova builds a communication bridge between the Web application and the devices of different platforms,provides effective cross platform solutions,and reduce development and later maintenance costs.The server uses the Spring Boot and My Batis framework,inherits the excellent genes of the Spring framework,simplifies the configuration and deployment,and manages the dependency package uniformly.This application not only integrates the photo recognition function of the popular plant science App on the market,but also makes integrated innovation,and introduces a variety of effective plant identification methods;effectively applies the currently popular personalized recommendation technology and instant communication technology,constructs the Beijing regional plant science knowledge base and landscape expert team database,and realizes seven functional modules,namely,plant identification,plant science popularization,plant community,landscape experts,convenience services,early warning notice and personal center,contribute to the construction of smart city and smart landscape.This application has established a resource bank covering 731 kinds of common landscape plants in Beijing,promoted the upgrading of plant science popularization knowledge,improved the public’s skills and level of plant awareness and conservation,and raised the public’s awareness of ecological protection.Relying on the recommendation function,cultivate the public’s interest in participating in the construction of green ecological civilization,and delight the public.Realize the sharing of expert resource library and interactive communication with experts,which is convenient for answering doubts for the public,publishing authoritative information,and improving the level of ecological civilization construction.The collection and arrangement of early warning information can provide a reliable basis for the scientific decision-making of the government,facilitate the scientific management and control of landscape and green land,effectively improve the level of government administration,and play a positive role in promoting the development of plant science education.
