Bombus spp.are important pollinator of many wild plants and crops for unique morphology and biological characteristics,which plays an important role in agricultural production.Guizhou Province located in the southwest of China,is plateau and mountainous landform.The complex habitatand ecological environment are suitable for Bumbus speices.However,the resources and classification of Bombus species in Guizhou Province have not been clear.This paper is aim to known Bombus species resource and classification in Guizhou Province,mainly based on the collecting specimen in 2018-2019.Then,based on the collected information of the diversity of bumblebees and its environmental factors,the dominant species were certain.The results are to provide basic data for utilizing of bumblebee species resources in Guizhou province and China.The detail results are as follows: 1.Taxonomic studyIn this study,more than 1,700 bumblebee specimens were collected.Provide a resource list of wild bumblebee species in Guizhou Province,referring to 24 species of 8 subgenera,and of which 18 species are described and illustrated,including: 1 new species: Bombus Orientalis guizhouensis sp.nov.;1 new record species in China: Bombus Megabombus irisanensis Cockerell,1910;2 new record species in Guizhou Province: Bombus Orientalis funerarius Smith,1852 and Bombus Pyrobombus wangae Williams et al.,2009.The diversity of Bombus species in Guizhou Province was known,and a key of genus and color map were provided,as well as three new effective taxonomic features.2.Diversity analysis and dominant species(1)DistributionAccoeding to the above research information,elevational distribution: the abundance of Bombus specimen was the most in therange of heigh 900-1200 m(33%).The species richness of Bombus was the most abundant in the range of heigh 900-1200 m and 1500-1800(46%).Time distribution: the temporal characteristics showed that there Bombus species are active from March to November in Guizhou Provincer.The abundance and species richness are the highest in July.(2)DiversityDiversity index: Simpson index range is 0.037-0.804,Shannon-Wiener index range is 0.106-1.788,Pielou uniformity index range is 0.160-1;Simpson index and Shannon-Wiener indicate that the highest is Leigong Mountain in Leishan County.(3)Environment and diversityPearson correlation analysis was performed on 4 environmental factors(Annual Temperature,Annual Precipitation,Elevation,Normalized Difference Vegetation index)and 3 diversity indexes(Simpson,Shannon-Wiener,Pielou).The correlation between environmental factors and diversity index is not significant(p > 0.05);among environmental factors,altitude is extremely significantly correlated with annual average temperature(-0.841,P < 0.01),and vegetation index is significantly correlated with annual precipitation(0.229,P < 0.05),The other factors are not significantly correlated(P > 0.05);the diversity index is extremely significantly correlated(P < 0.01).(4)Flowers-visiting plants preferenceThere are 27 families and 57 species of flower-visiting plants in Guizhou wild bumblebees.Flowers-visiting plants preference: Asteraceae,Rosaceae,Labiatae and Leguminosae,accounting for 49% of the total families.(5)Dominant speciesAccording to: the number of specimens of each species,the comprehensive distribution(sampling point distribution,vertical distribution),and the Flowers-visiting plants preference.Three dominant species were selected: Bombus Megabombus trifasciatus Smith,1852,Bombus Alpigenobombus breviceps Smith,1852 and Bombus Pyrenobus flavescens Smith,1852.
