In Hechi City and other areas of Guangxi,all varieties of introuduced Carya illinoensis have entered the fruiting stage,but there are some problems,such as branches flourishing,uneven flowering and fruiting ability,few flowers and fruits,low fruit yield and poor fruit quality,which seriously restrict the economic income of farmers.The economic benefits of pecan planting need to be improved.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,the PBO and PP333(PBO: P1-500 times liquid,P2-200 times liquid,P3-100 times liquid;PP333: D1-1000mg/L,D2-2000mg/L,D3-3000mg/L)were selected as test chemicals and treated with different concentrations.The experiment was carried out in Si'en Town in Huanjiang County,and PBO and PP333 were used to spray the leaves of全haoxing'.In order to investigate the effects of two growth regulators at different concentrations on fruit promotion and branch control of 全haoxing' branch increment,physiological and nutritional indexes of leaves and fruit related indexes were analyzed and compared in this experiment.Through the comprehensive analysis using principal component method,the better and the best spraying concentration of two growth regulators were selected,in order to provide certain scientific theoretical basis for the chemical control management of the introduced C.illinoensis The results are as follows:1.Effects of PBO and PP333 on branch growth of C.illinoensis of 全haoxing'?1?Effects on fruiting branch: PBO and PP333 could significantly inhibit the length growth of 全haoxing' bearing branches,and the inhibition was enhanced with the increase of concentration.The inhibition of each treatment was the best with 3000mg/L PP333,but there was no significant effect on the diameter increment of fruiting branches.?2?Effects on foliage branch: PBO 100 times liquid and PP333 could significantly inhibit the growth of 全haoxing' vegetative branches,and the inhibition of 3000mg/L PP333 was the best;PP333 and PBO could promote the growth of foliage branches,and 1000 mg/LPP333 was the best.2.Effects of PBO and PP333 on physiological and nutritional indexes of the leaves of C.illinoensis of 全haoxing'?1?Effects on physiological indexes of leaf:PBO and PP333 can improve the specific leaf weight increment,chlorophyll SPAD value and its increment,the content of carbon and nitrogen nutrients of 全haoxing'.The results showed that the concentrations of PP333 could significantly increase the specific leaf weight increment and chlorophyll SPAD value increment of new shoots,and the overall treatment effect was better than PBO,but the increment of specific leaf weight of PP333 with 3000mg/L was the highest,and the increment of SPAD value of PP333 with 2000mg/L was the highest.The results showed that PBO and part of PP333 had a significant effect on the carbon and nitrogen nutrients of the leaves in the late stage of fruit growth?September 26?of 全haoxing',among which the soluble sugar content of the leaves treated with 3000mg/L PP333 was the highest and significantly higher than that of CK,and the starch sugar content of the leaves treated with2000mg/L PP333 was the highest.However,PBO and PP333 couldn't significantly improve the soluble protein content of leaves in the late stage of fruit growth?September 26?.?2?Effects on nutrient elements of leaf: PBO and PP333 could slow down the decline rate of phosphorus content in the leaves of 全haoxing',and PP333 treatment group could improve the nitrogen and potassium content in the leaves at the late stage of fruit development,thus increasing the period of photosynthesis,and delaying the fade stage of leaves.?3?Effects on endogenous hormones of leaf: during 28 days of treatment,PBO and PP333 had a certain effect on the content of GA3,IAA and ABA in the leaves of 全haoxing'.The content of GA3 treated leaves of 全haoxing' was significantly lower than CK during14-28 days after treatment.Compared with CK,content of IAA in PBO and PP333 treated leaves increased significantly after the 7th day after the treatment,then decreased to lower than CK during 14-28 days after the treatment,and then increased again after the 28 th day after the treatment.this result showed that PBO and PP333 had dual effects on IAA content in leaves of 全haoxing';PP333-spraying could significantly increase the ABA content in the leaves of 全haoxing' at the middle stage of fruit growth within 28 days,the time of this effect was longer than that of PBO?21 days?.3.Effects of PBO and PP333 on the fruit of C.illinoensis of 全haoxing'?1?Effecst on fruit setting rate : PBO treatment can improve the fruit setting rate,among which PBO 200 times liquid is the best,the difference between PBO 200 times and CK was very significant with increasing fruiting rate 59.81%.PP333 treatment group had no significant effect on the fruit setting rate of 全haoxing'.?2?Effects on the appearance of nut: the average fruit weight,kernel weight and kernel rate of 全haoxing' were improved by PBO and PP333,but this effect was not significant.?3?Effects on nutrition quality of kernel: among the treatments of PBO and PP333,the effect of 1000mg/L PP333 on increasing sugar and reducing tannin content was significant and optimal,the effect of PBO 500 times liquid on increasing cellulose content of fruit was significant and optimal,the effect of PBO 100 times liquid on increasing crude fat content of fruit was significant and optimal.However,PBO and PP333 couldn奏 significantly improve the soluble protein content in the kernel of 全haoxing'.The score of principal component showed that PBO and PP333 could regulate the shoot,leaf and fruit of 全haoxing',and the control effect of PP333 teanment group was better than that of PBO,of which 2000 mg/L PP333 was the best.
