Analysis Of Pesticide Residues In Vegetables And Fruits In Zhenning County

In order to promote the well-organized development of the vegetable and fruit industry in Zhenning County,this study was conducted on pesticide residue analysis of Zhenning County’s 2016-2018 pollution-free bases,non-pollution-free bases,and retail business entities.Our results are as follows,(1)From 2016 to 2018,the detected rate of vegetables and fruits in Zhenning County is decreasing with the year increasing;the pass rate is increasing year by year,indicating that the safety and quality of vegetables and fruits in Zhenning County is improved recently.(2)From the perspective of pesticide types,firstly,the three types of pesticides including chlorothalonil,humilis,and fenvalerate,are the most frequently detected pesticides.The supervision of these three types of pesticides should be reinforced in the future.Secondly,farmers have changed their habits from organophosphorus with high toxicity and high residues to the organochlorine and pyrethroid with low toxicity and high efficiency.Third,the supervision of banned pesticides such as the exceeded methamidophos,omethoate,and chlorpyrifos are needed to be strengthened.Fourth,although cyfluthrin is not a banned pesticide,from the recent two years’ analysis,the cyhalothrin use of farmers should be regulated.(3)From the perspective of fruit types,melons,pods,and fruits have a higher safety factor than leafy vegetables,solanaceous fruits,and cabbage;the main over-standard leafy crops are Chinese cabbage,spinach,and solanum.The main crops exceeding the standard are tomatoes,the main crops exceeding the limit are cabbagewhite,cabbage,etc.,and the main crops exceeding the limit are balsam pear.The exceeded pesticides of these fruits should be punished for the next step.(4)From the origin of the investigated sample,the safety factor of the vegetables and fruits in pollution-free bases is greater than that in retail of non-polluted bases.Based on the analysis of the causes of vegetable and fruit pesticide residues in Zhenning County,the shortcomings of Zhenning County in the areas of publicity and training,safety supervision,construction of agricultural product access system,inspection and testing system,etc.were found,and some solving measures were put forward.
