The quality and safety of agricultural products are closely related to thousands of households.Whether the pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits exceed the standard is the focus of people's attention.Its quality and safety are directly proportional to the happiness and safety of the people.Zhouzhi County is a large agricultural county with obvious industrial characteristics and rich agricultural products.However,there are few literatures about the pesticide residues of Zhouzhi County's agricultural products.Therefore,this paper studies the pesticide residues of local vegetables and fruits in Zhouzhi County.On the one hand,the test results can not only provide basis for supervision,but also guide producers to use pesticides in a standardized way and produce pesticides.On the other hand,it can let consumers know the quality and safety of the products produced in Zhouzhi.In this study,13 kinds of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits were detected according to NY/T 761-2008 method.The samples come from bases,enterprises and farmers.The sample types mainly include leek,strawberry,cherry,nectarine,peach,plum,kiwi and so on,which are tracked for 3 consecutive years.After analyzing and comparing the test results from different types,between different years,and between different years of the same type,the following conclusions are drawn:1.From the 13 pesticides tested,8 were detected,including acetymethamidophos,chlorothalonil,triazodone,cypermethrin,cypermethrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin,among which cypermethrin was detected for a maximum of 138 times.Five pesticides were not detected,which were: dimethoate,triazophos,deactivated phosphorous,hydrothiophos and deactivated phosphorous.2.A total of 264 samples were tested between 2017 and 2019,of which 169 samples were detected with pesticides,the detection rate was 64.0%,and the excess rate was 0.3.Among the 167 fruit samples tested between 2017 and 2019,pesticide residues were detected in 126 samples,with a detection rate of 75.4%.Among the fruits,the higher detection rate of pesticides was 100% for nectarine,89.7% for kiwi and 88.2% for peach.4.Based on the corresponding suggestions of the detection and analysis of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in Zhouzhi County: first,strengthen the publicity and guidance,update the concept and raise the awareness;second,actively promote the traceability of agricultural products,the certification system and the effective connection with market access;third,expand the types of pesticide detection and strengthen the supervision at the basic level.
