China is a large agricultural country,and the agricultural water consumption ranks first in all industries.Due to the serious lack of water resources,the mechanization degree of agricultural water conservancy facilities and the automation degree of pump station are not high,and the irrigation technology,backward agricultural machinery and electrical automation level in some areas no longer meet the requirements of sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the automatic control technology and water-saving irrigation technology of pumping station,fully tap the water-saving potential of agricultural irrigation,improve the degree of agricultural mechanization,and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.Under this background,based on the investigation of an irrigation district in Gongyi City,Henan Province,this paper studies the planning of pumping station,the selection of hydraulic machinery,the automatic control of pumping station and the optimization of irrigation water transmission and distribution network.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the specifications and standards of pumping station construction,the water demand scale,design flow of pumping station,selection of pumping station site,water supply scheme of pumping station,water lifting pipeline and the form of pumping station building of an irrigation project in Gongyi City,Henan Province are planned and analyzed,and the scale of pumping station construction is proposed;the hydraulic machinery of pumping station is calculated in detail according to the scale of pumping station,irrigation requirements of irrigation area and topographical environment The overall layout design of the pumping station is completed by calculating and optimizing the type selection.2.According to the requirements of project construction planning and pump station construction,the design of automatic control system of pump station is completed.Siemens s7-1500 series PLC is selected as the core of control system.According to the digital input,output signal and analog input signal of field equipment,the selection design of input and output module,upper computer and instrument is completed.According to the requirements of automatic control technology,the program is developed to realize local and remote,manual and automatic control.The start and stop,protection,display and monitoring of pump station are realized through PLC program design.The operation monitoring,parameter setting,alarm recording and fault reset of pump station are realizedthrough the program development and screen design of human-machine interface.The Ethernet communication established realizes the management center Data sharing with the pump station.3.According to the topography of the irrigation area,the planning and design of the irrigation network system and the preliminary engineering design of the pipeline system are completed;the coding,initial population creation,fitness function design,genetic operation and the treatment of constraints of the genetic algorithm are analyzed,and the gatbx genetic algorithm toolbox is selected for the optimization calculation of the irrigation network.4.Combined with the current situation and future planning of water resource demand in irrigation area,in order to reduce the irrigation cost and burden of farmers,a non-linear model of irrigation water transmission and distribution pipeline system is established,which takes the head of water pump,the diameter and length of transmission and distribution pipe network management as decision variables,the lowest cost of water supply as objective function,and the parameters such as pipe diameter,velocity,node pressure and pipeline bearing pressure as constraints.Matlab is used as the programming tool and gatbx genetic algorithm toolbox is used to solve the problem.In the genetic algorithm programming,integer coding is used instead of binary coding to avoid the redundancy of binary genetic coding.In the coding design,the design experience is integrated into the initial stage of optimization calculation,which improves the calculation efficiency and feasibility.The pipe network layout is the same as the pipe diameter Step optimization to realize the overall optimization of irrigation network.
