In recent years,Chinese annual marine aquaculture production has ranked first in the world.However,the relevant practitioners blindly pursue the output and economic benefits,and pay insufficient attention to the standardization,standardization,environmental protection and other aspects of mariculture,leading to a variety of problems in the breeding environment,which makes various kinds of aquatic diseases occur frequently,and the breeding output plummets,resulting in huge economic losses.In the past,the culture environment was usually analyzed by means of visual observation,empirical judgment,and regular fixed-point sampling,which was time-consuming and labor-intensive and difficult to reflect the environmental status of the entire breeding area.With the rapid development of a series of information technology,such as big data and Internet of things,these technologies are used to comprehensively analyze the environment of aquaculture area,find out the main environmental problems,so as to provide scientific decision-making support for aquaculture personnel,reduce the risk of aquaculture,and maximize the benefits of mariculture in the limited resources and environment.Based on a series of big data technology research,combined with the actual business needs of mariculture industry,this paper designs a big data analysis platform for Mariculture environment with Hadoop as the core,which realizes the collection and storage of massive related data,and uses the model constructed by big data technology and artificial neural network for data analysis,and finally provides users with the required information services.In view of the complex environment and many influencing factors of seawater aquaculture,this paper puts forward a seawater quality analysis model based on particle swarm algorithm and BP network.The BP network is improved by particle swarm algorithm,and the goal of scientific analysis of seawater quality is finally achieved;In addition,in order to further explore the relationship between aquaculture environment and aquaculture production,this paper proposes a marine aquaculture production prediction model with average impact value,genetic algorithm and BP neural network as the core.The non-linear relationship finds the potential connection between the breeding environment and the breeding yield,thereby realizing the forecasting of the breeding yield.And the above research model is integrated into the big data analysis platform of marine aquaculture environment,combined with advanced distributed architecture design concepts and excellent software development technology,the specific functions of the platform are realized.The big data analysis platform for marine aquaculture environment can effectively use the massive data resources generated during the aquaculture process,discover the potential value of it,and provide certain technical support for the research work of the marine aquaculture environment,thereby promoting the vigorous development of China's marine aquaculture industry.
