In the current era of knowledge economy,technology is developing faster and faster,and the knowledge update cycle is getting shorter and shorter.Technology is playing an increasingly important role in promoting social development.In 2018,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Strategy for Rural Revitalization" clearly pointed out that it is necessary to solidly promote the modernization of agriculture,implement the strategy of grain-saving technology in depth,improve the efficiency of grain production,and ensure national food security.The development and promotion of advanced food production technologies that are easy to be accepted by grain farmers are important measures to implement the grain-based technology strategy and ensure national food security.Rice live broadcast is a low-cost,high-efficiency planting method in rice planting technology.As the main producing area of rice,Hunan Province ranks first in the country in terms of planting area and total output.With the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization,rural labor force has been transferred to non-agricultural industries.Hunan's rice production faces labor shortage and rising labor costs.There is an urgent need to solve these problems with technological innovation and promotion.The promotion of rice live broadcast technology is an important means to effectively increase rice yield and ensure national food security.The promotion of rice live broadcast technology is one of the important contents of agricultural technology promotion.Research on rice live broadcast technology from agricultural technology promotion will help to better understand the promotion of rice live broadcast technology.This paper analyzes and expounds the current promotion effect of Hunan rice live broadcast technology from macro and micro aspects.On the one hand,based on the SWOT-PEST model,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of Hunan rice direct seeding technology promotion and the opportunities and challenges in the external environment,constructs the SWOT-PEST matrix,and analyzes the current Hunan rice live broadcast technology promotion.Status and problems.On the other hand,farmers are the “consumers” and beneficiaries of rice live broadcast technology promotion.Farmers' willingness to adopt rice live broadcast technology and evaluation of agricultural technology promotion work are conducive to direct and in-depth understanding and understanding of rice livebroadcast technology promotion.The key issues,in order to improve in the future promotion work,to achieve better results.The research results show that the current central government attaches importance to the "three rural" issue,Hunan's geographical location and climate environment are superior,the live broadcast technology itself has higher economic benefits,and the planting technology is easier to master,which makes the development of Hunan live broadcast technology better.However,the subsidy measures are not in place,the farmland infrastructure is imperfect,the farmers' cultural level is generally low,the propaganda of rice livelihood technology is not enough,the lack of technology extension personnel,and the pressure of competition in the international food market restrict the promotion of rice live broadcast technology.development of.According to the optimal development strategy and the corresponding policy recommendations,it is of great significance to promote the promotion and development of rice direct seeding technology in Hunan.
