vitamin E and Perinereis aibuhitensis play an important role in the growth of aquatic animals and gonad development,For animals in the growing period, the lack or excessive addition of vitamin E can inhibit the growth of the body and even cause damage, and at the same time affect the quality of the parental eggs in the breeding period.Vitamin E and Apostichopus japonicus are widely used in the breeding period of aquatic animals, but there are few related studies on the breeding period of sea cucumber. Therefore,in this experiment, sea cucumber was used as the research object to investigate the effects of vitamin E and Apostichopus japonicus on its growth and gonad development, and to determine the amount of vitamin E and Apostichopus japonicus. The main research contents and research results are as follows:Test 1: Effect of Vitamin E on Gonad Development of Sea cucumberThis experiment investigated the effects of vitamin E on the growth performance, gonadal coefficient, gonadal color, gonadal cells and non-specific immune enzyme indexes of sea cucumber.Add 0,100,200,500,1000 mg/kg vitamin E to the basic feedto feed sea cucumber with an initial weight of(166.89±1.94)g,and the culture period was 90 days. The test results showed that the terminal weight, body weight gain rate and specific growth rate at 500 mg/kg of vitamin E were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),No significant difference in food intake and survival rates(P>0.05).According to the gonad cell section, the cell number was the highest at 500 mg/kg of vitamin E.At the same time, the female sea cucumber gonad color L*(brightness)was higher than the other groups and the effect was the best(P<0.05).Vitamin E had no significant difference in male sea cucumber gonad color(P>0.05).With the increase of vitamin E content, the gonadal coefficient of sea cucumber increased significantly and reached the highest at 1000 mg/kg(P<0.05).According to the gonad cell section,it can be inferred that 1000 mg/kg vitamin E cells had the best quality. At the same time, the activity of ACP and T-AOC in the body wall of female sea cucumber was significantly higher than 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in enzyme activity and MDA content in ALP(P>0.05),and vitamin E had no significant effect on the enzyme activity of male sea cucumber(P>0.05).To sum up: This study showed that adding 500 mg/kg of vitamin E to the feed could promote the growth of sea cucumber, and the egg number reached the highest.Adding 1000 mg/kg vitamin E can significantly increase the gonadal coefficient of sea cucumber, and the egg quality is the best.Experiment 2: The effect of the Apostichopus japonicus on the development of the gonadal of sea cucumberIn this experiment, the effects of the Perinereis aibuhitensis on growth performance, gonadal coefficient, gonadal color, and non-specific immunoenzyme indexes of gonadal cells were studied.Add 0,1%,2%,4%,and 6% Apostichopus japonicus to the basic feed and sea cucumbers with an initial weight of(167.65±5.25)g were fed.The culture period was 90 days. The test results showed that the final body weight of 6% of Apostichopus japonicus was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in body weight gain rate, specific growth rate, feeding rate and survival rate(P>0.05).The female gonadal coefficient of sea cucumber was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),According to the gonad cell section,it can be inferred that 6% of the Apostichopus japonicus have the largest number of gonad cells and the best quality. The color of female gonadal b* in 1% of Apostichopus japonicus was significantly different from other groups(P<0.05).Apostichopus japonicus has no significant effect on the non-specific immune enzyme activities of females and males of sea cucumber. To sum up: 6% Apostichopus japonicus can promote the final body weight of sea cucumber, with the most number of cells, the best quality, and the highest gonad coefficient.
