China is a country with large mineral resources.A large number of abandoned mining areas have been left over from mining.How to restore and rebuild damaged ecosystems in mining areas has become a common issue for the whole world.This paper takes the Fushun West Open-pit ecological rehabilitation test Base as the research subject,select 12 different samples of vegetation restoration in the research area,conduct community investigation and species diversity analysis,make a research on the changes of soil Physicochemical characteristics and soil biochemical characteristics of undergrowth with plant growth season,compare and analyse the effects of soil remediation under different vegetation restoration models by principal component analysis.This paper aims to choose more suitable plant species and better vegetation configuration models for the ecological restoration and reconstruction of abandoned mining areas.The result shows :After 12 years of artificial vegetation restoration,the amount and species composition of plants in the restoration area changed greatly.There are 65 species of plants in the ecological restoration area,including 14 species of trees,6 species of shrubs and 45 species of herbs.The main dominant families are Leguminosae,Gramineae,Asteraceae,Rosaceae and Chenopodiaceae.The number of plant species under the arbor forest > number of plant species under shrubbery.Vegetation restoration has a certain improvement effect on soil physicochemical and biochemical properties.Compared with Mining wasteland,soil bulk density and p H value in the vegetation remediation areas were significantly reduced,soil water content,porosity,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and other nutrients were significantly increased.The soil fertility biological index increased by 49.58% ?123.43%,and the enzyme activity index increased by 36.60%?128.45%.However,there were obvious differences in soil characteristics under different vegetation remediation modes.The community and soil characteristics of different vegetation types were compared and analyzed by principal component analysis,the comparison results of the comprehensive scores:Robinia pseudo-acacia + Acer mono(F6)> Robinia pseudo-acacia(F4)> Rhus Typhina(F1)> Ulmus pumila(F3)> Betula platyphylla(F10)> Robinia pseudo-acacia+Pinus tabuliformis(F7)> Ailanthus altissima(F9)>Ulmus pumila L.+Abies holophylla(F2)> Pellodendron amurense+Picea koyamai var.koraiensis(F8)> Amygdalus persica(F5)> Ligustrum obtusifolium(S2)> Spiraea salicifolia(S1)>Mining wasteland(CK).It can be seen that Robinia pseudo-acacia+Acer mono,Robinia pseudo-acacia and Rhus Typhina torch forest have abilities to adapt to the growth of abandoned land better in Fushun West Open-pit mine.
