| 12 Pop Corn lines was taken as the experimental material,then using incomplete diallel cross(NCⅡ)design to 35(7×5)hybrid combinations for genetic research.The genetic,combining ability analysis,heterosis analysis and correlation analysis of 20 main traits of hybrid combinations were carried out.The results are as follows:1.The variation of bare tip length and little flower rate was more than 50%,other coefficient of variation of other traits was less than 30%.The generalized heritability of main traits ranged from 42.07% to 96%,and the narrow heritability ranged from0% to 48.39%.2.The results of combining ability analysis showed that the general combining ability of popping character and yield of inbred lines A2,A5,A6,A7,B1 and B5 is positive,and the hybrid combinations with good special combining ability was A1×B3,A2×B1,A2×B3,A1×B4,A5×B5,A6×B4 and A7×B2.3.The results of heterosis analysis showed that there were wide heterosis in yield characters of the hybrids of popcorn.A5×B3,A7×B3,A1×B2,A3×B4,A6×B5,A1×B1and A7×B5 showed strong heterosis in popping volume character;A5×B3,A7×B3,A7×B5,A6×B5 and A7×B4 showed strong heterosis in popping rate character.4.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between popping volume and crude starch content,popping time and popping rate.There was a significant or extremely significant negative correlation between popping volume and 100-grain weight,apex seed coat ratio and little flower rate.The correlation degree between popping volume and each character was in the order of determining coefficient as follows: popping rate>little flower rate>popping time>apex seed coat ratio>coarse starch content>100-grain weigh>axle width>ear height>ear length>grain yield>ear diameter>bare tip length>number of lines>soluble sugar content>plant height>axle weight>ear weight>grain Nb.per row>crude protein content5.The results of path analysis showed that ear weight and Popping rate had the greatest direct effects on ear weight and Popping rate;grain yield and shaft diameter had the greatest indirect effects.The order of direct effects as follows: grain yield>ear weight>popping rate>axle width>number of lines>ear length>100-grain weight>apex seed coat ratio>crude protein content>coarse starch content>ear diameter>popping time>plant height>ear height>bare tip length>soluble sugar content>grain Nb.Per row>axle weight> little flower rate... |
