Nowadays,remote sensing technology is widely used in the investigation,monitoring,analysis,prediction and other aspects of resources,environment,disasters,regions and cities.Among them,in disaster remote sensing,the application of remote sensing technology of flood disaster is more mature,and has been widely used in the world,mainly focused on rapid response,emergency relief and post disaster reconstruction,but remote sensing technology has fewer applications in the field of fire.In this paper,firstly based on the development and application of remote sensing technology and forest fire in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County,the significance of fire risk prevention and control is clarified,and the theory of fire risk prevention and control is summarized and deduced;Secondly,the natural and economic conditions of Muli Tibetan Autonomous County as well as the background,causes and current situation of the fire were analyzed.The local fire situation was repeated through the fire simulation experiment.The parameters involved in the experiment mainly included terrain,vegetation and combustible data extracted from remote sensing data.Based on the data of meteorology,topography and vegetation as the parameters of the fire simulation experiment,the combustible model is determined.According to the fire situation in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County,the starting and ending time,obstacles and other information of the simulation are set,and the simulation results of fire spread in the research area at various stages are output.Based on the experimental results,the meteorological,topographic,vegetation,combustible and other factors affecting the forest fire in the research area are included in the evaluation index.Combined with the construction of local forest fire prevention and control work and expert opinions,the evaluation model of forest fire prevention and control risk in the research area is determined.The Yaahp software is used to determine the rating index system and fuzzy membership degree of forest fire prevention risk and control risk in the research area.finally,the Visual Studio program is used to carry out fuzzy operation to calculate the influence degree of each evaluation index on forest fire prevention risk.The calculation results show that the management system has the highest impact on forest fire prevention risk in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County,and the fire management system and staff strength have the highest impact on forest fire control ability in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County.The risk of local forest fire prevention and control is high,and the construction of local fire prevention system needs to be strengthened.According to the research on the assessment of forest fire prevention risk and control risk in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County of Si Chuan Province,combined with the analysis of the current situation of forest fire risk prevention and control,the importance of forest fire risk assessment and the importance of improving the awareness of forest fire risk prevention and control are clarified.Only focusing on risks can prevent fires from happening.In order to reduce the risk of forest fires in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County and improve the forest fireprevention and control system,practical suggestions are provided.
