As a very good renewable energy source,crop straw can be used as fertilizer,feed,fuel,and industrial raw materials.However,if it is directly incinerated,it will cause waste of straw resources,pollute the environment and endanger human health.Chinese government departments have been emphasizing the need to increase the comprehensive utilization rate of straw,accelerate the formation of a complete industrial chain for the collection and storage of straw resources.In the process of straw collection,storage and transportation,as an important node for straw collection,storage,pretreatment,and transportation,the location of the straw needs to be scientifically and reasonably arranged.Based on the research results of many scholars,this paper discusses the use of improved fruit fly optimization algorithm to solve the problem of straw collection and storage center location.It mainly solves four problems: the construction of the objective function of site selection,the prediction of the amount of straw available,the determination of the alternative area for site selection,and the determination of the solution method.After reading literature reviews,we summarized the methods used for site selection of straw collection and storage centers at home and abroad,and determined the selection of the fruit fly optimization algorithm with fast convergence speed and good stability to solve the site selection model in this paper.In view of the shortcomings of the fruit fly optimization algorithm,it is proposed to adopt an adaptive step size mechanism and increase the population diversity to improve the performance of the algorithm,and use 15 test functions to verify.Then,through the comprehensive use of theoretical knowledge such as logistics management,statistics and simulation technology,the GIS tool of qualitative analysis method is used to determine the candidate points for location selection,and the mixed integer programming method of quantitative analysis method is used to construct a three-tier network location with capacity restrictions Model to determine the most preferred site.Finally,taking the railing town of Suzhou as the research area,the MATLAB software was used to program and solve the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm and examples.
