| In this dissertation,a new excellent variety of waxy maize Ji Nuo 20 was screened,through the comparative experiment on the yield of 13 waxy maize varieties and combing with the phenological period,agronomic performance,disease identification results,quality evaluation of ear and grain of each variety.Following the suitable plant density test,topdressing test and growth dynamics of Ji Nuo 20,the following conclusions was drawn:(1)Varieties “Tong Nian 1”,“Ji Nong Nuo 8”,“Jiu Nian 6”,“Fu Er Jin Nuo 976”,“Tong Nian 3”,“Ji Nuo 20”,“Si Da Nuo 44” and “Zhong Nuo 336” are suggested to continue trail or popularize planting,due to their higher fresh ear yield,good quality and strong resistance.On the other hand,“Jin Nuo 1607”,“Huang Nian Zao 1”,“Wan Nuo 2017” and “Jing Ke Nuo 617”varieties are not suitable for planting in this region,because of the low yield of fresh ear yield and the outstanding advantages.(2)The suitable seeding density of Jinuo 20 as spring-sown maize in Jilin province is 4500 plants / mu(a unit of area)and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied is 25 kg / mu.There are significant differences between different fertilizer dosage rates and different plating densities.With the increase of fertilizer dosage or planting density,the yield of fresh ears increases at first and then decreases.Interaction between planting density and fertilizer is significantly different,including the fresh ear yield of low density is the lowest under the condition of constant fertilization level;under the condition of constant planting density,the fresh ear yield of low fertilization is also the lowest.(3)The growth dynamics of Ji Nuo 20 are shown that the height growth,the change of dry weight,the grain filling speed of the ear spike and the 100-grain weight of the fresh spike all show an "s"-shaped curve change.The water content of the ear grain is decreased with the increase of pollination days.The content of crude starch changes little after 39 days of pollination. |
