In this paper, by comparing production test, choose one plant trait most excellent varieties, high-yield cultivation method study, the experimental results are summarized as follows:1. By comparing the row grains, ear length, ear coarse, ear weight, ear rows, yield per acre and hundred grain weight, ear character, choose the larger output and grain each character good a set of waxy maize high yield cultivation techniques.2. From the experimental results showed that with the increase of fertilizer rate, ear weight, ear length, ear diameter, bald tip length, hundred grain weight, ear row number and the value of grain yield has a tendency to gradually increase. When the fertilizer rate reaches N6(250 kg/hm2), all characters are maximum, spikelets on average 314.82 grams, than the rate of 0 kg/hm2 of spikelets N1 group 61.18 grams, and hundred grain weight increased 3.6 grams, greatly increased the production of corn, it can be seen that through reasonable increased fertilizer rate, can achieve high yield increase significantly effect.3. In processing, the six density of 58000 plants/hm2 is optimum density of waxy 15 of waxy maize varieties, production reached 16741.4 kg/hm2 M6 and sowing the highest density of test group(72000 plants/hm2) yield of 16054.5 kg/hm2, low seeding density but the main reason for output is not high;(when planting density is greater than the optimum planting density of 58000 plants/hm2) low seeding density plant production: is the cause of low seeding density is low, make the corn double bract rate is high, lead to average grain number is reduced, can not make full use of land and nutriment is low seeding density and yield is not high.4. The corn grain yield is obviously influenced by sowing date. As sowing date treads, panicle traits and grain yield of maize were decreased significantly, the reason is that with sowing time delay, the temperature drop is larger, accumulated temperature of corresponding reduction, has adverse effect on the corn grain grouting, lead to inadequate grain-filling, so that the decline in output waxy maize crops from sowing to mature, the required effective accumulated temperature need to reach a certain level. A key factor which influence the production of corn is whether reach the standard accumulated temperature, the first condition of corn can achieve high yield is to satisfy the accumulated temperature conditions. So the suitable sowing time is a key factor to improve maize yield.
