Weibei dryland,located between Guanzhong Plain and Loess Plateau,is an important dry wheat production area in Shaanxi Province.In recent years,with the abnormal increase of temperature change in spring,the occurrence of low temperature and freezing damage such as cold in late spring has seriously affected the high and stable yield of wheat.In order to explore the planting prospect of Tongmai 6,a wheat variety that passed the national examination in 2019,in Weibei dryland area,Tongmai 6 and Jinmai 47 were used as experimental materials in this experiment.The photosynthetic gas exchange parameters of 0,24,48 and 72 hours after the treatment of low temperature stress,drought stress,salt stress,low temperature drought co-stress,low temperature salt co-stress,drought salt co-stress and low temperature drought salt co-stress were measured the growth and development of Tongmai 6 and Jinmai 47 were analyzed under different stress conditions.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(PH),intercellular dioxygen carbon concentration(CI),stomatal conductance(GS)and transpiration rate(TR)of of Tongmai 6 and Jinmai 47 decreased significantly under the conditions of low temperature stress,drought stress,salt stress,low temperature and drought stress,low temperature and salt stress,and co-stress of drought,salt and low temperature.The total efficiency(Fv/Fm)of PSII,actual quantum yield Y(II),photochemical quenching coefficient(QL)and actual quantum yield Y(I)of PSI were all significantly reduced,while the quantum yield Y(NPQ),the non-photochemical quenching coefficient qNt and the non-photochemical energy dissipation quantum yield y(nd)caused by the donor side restriction of photosystem II were significantly increased.The results showed that low temperature stress,drought stress,salt stress,low temperature and drought stress,low temperature and salt stress,drought and salt stress and low temperature and drought salt stress had significant inhibition on the growth,development and Photosynthesis of Tongmai 6 and Jinmai 47 seedlings.With the extension of stress time,these indexes all recovered to a certain extent,indicating that Tongmai 6 and Jinmai 47 had adapted to drought,salt and freezing stress.In addition,the adaptability of Tongmai 6 to low temperature stress,salt stress and low temperature and drought,low temperature and salt,salt and drought,low temperature and salt co-stress was stronger than that of Jinmai 47,while the adaptability to drought stress was weaker than that of Jinmai 47 The important factors of the extension in the dryland area of Weibei.
