Different regulated deficit levels, fulvic acid and abscisic acid application patterns have important effects on crop growth and development. In this paper, green pepper was taken as the research object. From March to July 2018,the green pepper planting experiment was carried out in the intelligent greenhouse of Hebei University of Engineering. The analysis of the application mode of fulvic acid, abscisic acid and the level of deficit reduction of green pepper in different growth stages on growth index and physiological index were analyzed. The effects of yield quality, growth indicators include plant height, stem diameter and leaf area, physiological indicators including chlorophyll, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and stomatal. At the same time,The variation of temperature and humidity in typical greenhouses and the influence of greenhouse temperature on canopy temperature were analyzed. The main results are as follows:?1?Indoor temperature and humidity have the opposite trend of change, and there is a significant linear negative correlation between them, while there is a significant linear positive correlation between leaf temperature and indoor temperature.?2?The effects of fulvic acid application at flowering stage and regulation deficit at fruiting stage on the growth index of green pepper were as follows:there was no significant difference in plant height among different treatments at seedling stage, the plant height was the largest in full irrigation treatment at seedling stage, and there was no difference in stem diameter among different treatments at seedling stage. When middle level humic acid was applied at seedling stage, the stem diameter of green pepper was the largest under full irrigation. The application of high level fulvic acid was beneficial to photosynthesis and transpiration of green pepper, and the physiological activity of green pepper was better than that of low and middle level fulvic acid, and the stomatal area of high level fulvic acid was the smallest, and the photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate tended to become larger with the increase of irrigation level.Under the condition of certain irrigation amount, the yield increased with the increase of irrigation level.?3?The effects of fulvic acid at flowering stage and abscisic acid at flowering stage on the growth index of green pepper showed that different treatments?root irrigation with fulvic acid?had little effect on the plant height of green pepper at this stage. The plant height at fruit picking stage?without treatment?was characterized by the application of low level fulvic acid at seedling stage and the maximum at flowering stage. Before entering the flowering and fruiting stage, the leaf area increased significantly, which was significantly earlier than that of plant height and stem diameter, indicating that the leaf area was more sensitive to fulvic acid. After spraying abscisic acid, the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductivity and intracellular CO2 concentration of green pepper decreased, and the stomatal conductivity changed significantly, the higher the concentration of abscisic acid, the smaller the stomatal area and the smaller the stomatal opening of green pepper leaves. There was no obvious regularity among the treatments, and the range of numerical value fluctuated little among different treatments.?4?The effects of abscisic acid application at flowering stage and regulated deficit treatment at fruit stage showed that there was no significant difference in plant height among different treatments, and there was no significant difference in stem diameter among different treatments at seedling stage. The stem diameter was the largest when 20mg/L abscisic acid was applied at flowering stage, and the stem diameter was the largest when 10mg/L abscisic acid was applied in fruit stage. The single factor variance analysis of stem thickness showed that the stem diameter of full irrigation spraying 10mg/L abscisic acid treatment was significantly different from that of other treatments at 0.05 level, which indicated that spraying 10mg/L abscisic acid was more beneficial to stem growth under the condition of full irrigation.Spraying10mg/L abscisic acid under full irrigation was more beneficial to the growth of leaf area of green pepper.Spraying certain concentration of abscisic acid could inhibit the increase of chlorophyll content of green pepper, spraying certain concentration of abscisic acid would decrease stomatal opening, and spraying certain concentration of abscisic acid would inhibit fruit yield.
