The medicinal Lianqian herbal is the dry aerial part of[Glechoma longituba?Nakai?Kupr.],a perennial herbaceous plant in the Labiatae family. It has various pharmacological effects. In this study,it was used as an experimental material to explore the effect of salt stress on the accumulation of the effective components of Glechoma longituba. In this paper, the Japanese garden test nutrient solution with different concentrations is selected to cuten the Glechoma longituba, and the concentration of the most suitable Japanese garden test nutrient solution is selected; The salt concentration treatment with different concentration gradients of Na2CO3 was used to observe the Glechoma longituba growth status and determine the biomass.Changes in antioxidant enzyme activity, physiological damage indicators, and changes in polysaccharide content of Glechoma longituba were used to detect changes. The content of ursolic acid, oleanolic acid and total flavonoids in Glechoma longituba plants was detected to investigate the effect of salt stress on the accumulation of effective components in Glechoma longituba. The results showed that the Japanese garden test nutrient solution 1 is the most suitable for the growth of Glechoma longituba;the biomass of Glechoma longituba under 96 h stress at 0.2%salt concentration will accumulate to a certain degree and still maintain a high water content?85.17%?,and high salt stress of 0.6%and 0.8%is not conducive to the accumulation of Glechoma longituba;under the stress of different concentrations of Na2CO3,the H2O2 content in Glechoma longituba showed a trend of first decreasing, then increasing, and then decreasing. The opposite of CAT activity;with the prolongation of salt stress, the activities of superoxide SOD,POD and CAT in Glechoma longituba increased rapidly, but the activity of SOD fluctuated greatly, the APX activity was not different from that of CK group.Significantly, the contents of MDA and Pro also showed an upward trend with the extension of stress time, and the content of polysaccharides of Glechoma longituba showed an upward trend, and the concentration of each salt reached its maximum value at 48 hours of stress, indicating that Na2CO3 could make Glechoma longituba at 48 hours of stress and the accumulation of polysaccharides can be maximized up to 0.22%;the results of the detection of secondary metabolites of Glechoma longituba showed that the ursolic acid content reached the highest value of 0.23%at 0.4%Na2CO3 stress for 12 h,and the oleanolic acid content reached the highest value of 0.032%at 0.4%Na2CO3stress for 8 h;while the total flavonoid content of Glechoma longituba showed an upward trend under salt stress and was significantly higher than that of CK Group, and reached the maximum value of 1.56%.After 72 hours of 0.2%Na2CO3 stress, indicating that under low salt stress,it is conducive to the accumulation of total flavonoids in Glechoma longituba. Therefore, moderate salt stress can increase the yield of Glechoma longituba;under salt stress, the antioxidant system of Glechoma longituba will act synergistically, and as the degree of salt threat increases, the pressure tolerance of Glechoma longituba is gradually increasing;moderate salt stress can increase the accumulation of polysaccharides and secondary metabolites of Glechoma longituba. In this study, salt stress was used to increase the content of medicinal components of Glechoma longituba, which provided a certain experimental basis for the directional cultivation of high-quality of Glechoma longituba.
