Reaumuria soongorica,as a small shrub,is one of the most widely distributed plants in desert areas.Through the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance,the key indexes affecting the evaluation of drought resistance and the Reaumuria soongorica families with excellent drought resistance are selected,and the early selection method is improved,which provides a scientific basis for the selection of the Reaumuria soongorica families with excellent drought resistance and the promotion of breeding materials,so as to provide a reliable method for the early selection of the shrubs such as Reaumuria soongorica in China.This experiment was established in Liangzhou District,Wuwei City.In July,2014,2015,2016,2017,and July 2018,Reaumuria soongorica families(that is,2a,3a,4a,5a,and 6a Reaumuria soongorica)were used as tests.Material,measuring plant height,crown width,soluble protein(SP),soluble sugar(SS),proline(Pro),total chlorophyll(Chl a + b),chlorophyll a(Chl a),23 indicators such as chlorophyll b(Chl b),chlorophyll a/b(Chl a/b),and chlorophyll fluorescence,studying the feasibility of early selection of drought resistance of Reaumuria soongorica families for five consecutive years,and trying to find early selection methods And analyze the interannual variability of drought resistance indicators,select and comprehensively evaluate the excellent drought-resistant Reaumuria soongorica families.By measuring its morphological characteristics,fluorescence characteristics,and the content of osmotic adjustment substances in the leaves,and analyzing the drought resistance differences of different Reaumuria soongorica families from these three aspects,through the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance,the following conclusions were mainly obtained:1)Chlorophyll A,chlorophyll B,total chlorophyll,chlorophyll A / B,soluble sugar,soluble protein,free proline,variable fluorescence(F0),maximum fluorescence yield(Fm),steady state Steady-state fluorescence yield(FS),Maximum photosynthetic quantum yield(Qy),Actual photosynthetic quantum yield(?PS?),Photochemical quenching coefficient(Qp),Non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ),Electron transfer rate(ETR)through PS ?,Saturation fluorescence value(Fm'),plant height,east-west length,north-south direction 23 indicators,such as length,number of branches,and crown width,vary significantly among Reaumuria soongorica families,Provides the material basis for early selection of excellent drought-resistant Reaumuria soongorica families;2)A total of 5 morphological indicators of Reaumuria soongorica leaves were measured,and the key indicator that can be used as an indirect indicator to evaluate the excellent drought resistance families of Reaumuria soongorica was crown width,and the degree of variation in drought resistance indicators was relatively stable and highly consistent.,But the correlation is not significant;and due to the slow growth of Reaumuria soongorica plants,the external appearance changes little,which is not easy to observe,and the error is large.Therefore,more reliable results cannot be obtained,and it cannot provide convenience and create conditions for the selection and breeding of families with excellent drought resistance in Reaumuria soongorica.3)A total of 7 physiological indicators of Reaumuria soongorica leaves were measured,and the key indicators that could be used as indirect indicators to evaluate the excellent drought resistance of Reaumuria soongorica were total chlorophyll Chla + b,chlorophyll A Chl a,soluble sugar SS,and solubility.Protein SP;and the degree of variation in drought resistance indicators is relatively stable and highly consistent,which can obtain more reliable results,which can facilitate the selection and breeding of genetic materials for Reaumuria soongorica families with excellent drought resistance;4)A total of 11 chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Reaumuria soongorica leaves were measured,and the key indicators that could be used as an indirect indicator to evaluate the fine drought-resistant families of Reaumuria soongorica were steady-state fluorescence yield Fs,maximum fluorescence yield Fm,and maximum photosynthetic quantum yield.Qy;and the relative stability and high consistency of the drought resistance index between years,which can obtain more reliable results,can be used as an early selection method for Reaumuria soongorica families,and can provide breeding for excellent Reaumuria soongorica drought resistance families Convenience and conditions;5)Drought resistance research was conducted on Reaumuria soongorica families.The selected Reaumuria soongorica families were subjected to three selections.Through the correlation analysis of three aspects of morphological indicators,physiological and biochemical indicators,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,drought resistance was selected based on previous experience.Reaumuria soongorica families with good performance,ordinary,and poor performance,believe that the application of principal component analysis is reliable and reasonable in the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of Reaumuria soongorica families,and can objectively evaluate the strength of Reaumuria soongorica families' drought resistance;6)77 primary Reaumuria soongorica families pass the comprehensive evaluation.The 2 year Reaumuria soongorica families entered the top eleven rankings: HG-3> HSW-1> XGG-3> QYS-2> ZZG2-3> BYHT-3> ZZG1-2> ZZG1-1> HSZ-3> WD-1> XKK-4;the order of the 3a Reaumuria soongorica family is: XGG-3> BYHT-3> WD-1> QYS-2> HSW-1> ZZG1-1> ZZG2-3> HG-3> XGG-1> ZZG1-2> LZ-1;the order of the 4a Reaumuria soongorica family is: XGG-3> BYHT-3> WD-1> QYS-2> HSW-1> ZZG2-3> XGG-1> ZZG1-2> ZZG1-1> LZ-1> HG-3.The order of the check of fine Reaumuria soongorica family of 5a students is: XGG-3> BYHT-3> QYS-2> HSW-1> WD-1> ZZG2-3;the order of the primary of fine Reaumuria soongorica family of 6a students is: XGG-3> BYHT-3> WD-1> QYS-2> ZZG2-3> HSW-1.The selection results of the check or runoff of Reaumuria soongorica pedigrees were consistent among the good,ordinary or poor pedigrees.7)The cumulative contribution rate of the drought resistance indicators selected in the early period reached more than 85%,and the performance of the fine Reaumuria soongorica families with better drought resistance became more and more stable.The comprehensive evaluation analysis shows that the five drought-resistant Reaumuria soongorica families with good and stable performance among 77 Reaumuria soongorica families are Xiaogangou-3,Bayanhaote 3-4,Wuda-1,Quanyanshan-2,Haihai Shiwan-1;8)In this study,11 excellent drought-resistant Reaumuria soongorica families were selected from 2014 [Xiaogangou-3,Bayanhaote 3-4,Wuda-1,Quanyanshan-2,Haishiwan-1 No.1,Xiaogangou-1,Zhazigou 2-3,Zhazigou 1-2,Linze-1,Heishan Town 3,Zhazigou 1-1)Select five in 2018 Excellent drought-resistant families [Xiaogangou-3,Bayanhaote 3-4,Wuda-1,Quanyanshan-2,Haishiwan-1],the selection criteria are becoming more and more strict,and the families with excellent performance The Reaumuria soongorica family with better drought resistance was bred.Among the five pedigrees obtained in 2018,four of the Reaumuria soongorica pedigrees XGG-3,BYHT-3,WD-1,and QYS-2 have been selected as excellent pedigrees from 2014 to 2018.All of them indicate that the early selection of Reaumuria soongorica using principal component analysis based on drought resistance indicators is feasible and the results are stable.The coincidence rate of selection over several years exceeds 83%.The long-term test results show that early selection of Reaumuria soongorica families' drought resistance is reliable9)The early selection of Reaumuria soongorica's excellent drought resistance is similar to other forests,so early selection for Reaumuria soongorica families is feasible and meaningful;a preliminary summary of the early selection method is:(primary selection)selection of test materials,reference documents to determine and Drought-resistance related indicators.For three consecutive years of indicators measurement,statistical analysis was performed to screen for key indicators.(Re-selection)A second batch of families was selected for further measurement.(Final selection)was re-analyzed and selected for the third batch of excellent families.The test results were analyzed and verified;it was also found that the actual breeding of Reaumuria soongorica plants over 5 years old could be more reliable and effective.
