The leakage of the pipe network of the rural water supply project is a management problem that will be faced for a long time in the future.The effective monitoring and positioning of the leakage of the rural water supply pipe network is a problem that must be solved.This paper investigates the leakage status of the rural water supply engineering pipeline network,and analyzes the current status,problems and causes of leakage of the pipeline network.Contrasting and analyzing the existing pipe network leakage modeling system at home and abroad,from the aspects of accuracy,reliability,feasibility,economy,etc.comparatively analyzing the hydraulic model and neural network model of water supply pipe network positioning,taking into account various factors.Screen a model that can be applied to the leakage location of rural water supply networks.Because the artificial neural network algorithm is good at local precise search,the structure is simple,plastic,and has pattern recognition function,which can be applied to the leakage of water supply pipelines,especially the rural water supply network with simple structure.Therefore,the artificial neural network model is selected in this paper.Pipe network leakage location.Using EPANET software to simulate the hydraulic simulation of a small water plant,using the network network adjustment to calculate the flow,flow rate,water pressure and other information of the water supply network under normal and blasting conditions;Then BP neural network model is established to predict the pressure change value before and after the pipe burst in the rural water supply pipe network.The pressure drop of 8 monitoring nodes in the pipe network before and after the occurrence of a pipe explosion in an actual water plant is measured by the leakage test.The BP neural network model is used to predict the water pressure change values of the remaining 12 unmonitored nodes;The probabilistic neural network model is established,and the principle and mathematical foundation of the probabilistic neural network are expounded.The probabilistic neural network PNN is used to locate the leakage of the pipe network of the actual water plant.The results show that the method can effectively diagnose the leakage of the pipe network under actual conditions and realize the rapid and accurate positioning of the leakage of the ruralwater supply pipe network,which provides a powerful help for the leakage location of the actual water supply pipe network in rural areas.
