| Planting is the base link during the entire producing process about maize and the yield and growing is closely related with planter performance。But,the machinery planters often appear the breaking slip,miss-seeding,blocking fault due to bad working environment,seed in poor quality,low operating level of personnel or bad reliability of planter which will affect the maize yield。The precision planting technique is backward and monitoring device technique is also backward which need a kind of automatic monitor alarming device of planter miss-seeding and planting trail。Aiming at these problems,on the basis of the existing monitoring methods and technologies,from the simple structure,cheap photovoltaic monitoring method,this paper developed a set of technology including microcomputer control and photoelectric monitoring mechanism of seeding trajectory automatically monitoring technology and the leakage fault monitoring technology.Under the microcomputer control of leakage of compensation,through the design and implementation of MCU control system,the paper developed a system that can reduce the cost of precision seeding monitoring,improve the performance of monitoring.Through full analysis on the basis of precise seeder monitoring device at home and abroad for reference,the paper analyzes the planter seeding leakage monitoring of specific business needs.According to business needs,machine monitoring system for the overall design,this paper carry out the leakage monitoring and compensation system feeding,trajectory monitoring and correction system design in detail.And it made the implementation of the system and simulation.Eventually,after many tests,it shows that the device is easy to operate and it can be controlled in a certain extent of seeder seeding leakage and replay.The achievements in this paper are as follows:(1)through precise seeder seeding monitoring devices at home and abroad literatures and information,find the gap between precise seeder with foreign products in China,indicates the developing direction of precise seeding technology in China;(2)A set of can leak information monitoring and compensation and a trajectory monitoring and correcting machine monitoring system has been successfully developed;(3)The monitoring and alarming device can work stably by the interior or field monitoring experimentation data which can be spread in the home precision planter for raising seeding quality;The research result has some deviation with reality situation owing to the limit time and equipment。It can be improved in the succeedingresearch and short the deviation most likely.It can ensure the research accuracy. |
