| As a transformation is relatively backward agricultural country,the development level of agricultural science and technology is closely related to the vital interests of 900 million farmers,the development of agricultural science and technology in recent years,has been included in the national development strategy important constituent.In the promotion of national agricultural policy,agricultural science and technology have a certain degree of development,the problem of farmers is essential in our country,and industry practitioners have the obligation and responsibility to participate.Especially for industrial design and cross transverse disciplines,should respond to national call,should be actively involved in China’s agriculture and improve the international competitiveness of agricultural science and technology,promote the comprehensive agricultural development,improve the living standards of farmers and the quality of the enterprise.After combining with the actual situation,the research topic is set up for the design of small-scale weeding machine in the Loess plateau.First to understand the existing common agricultural weeding machine and orchard weeding,applying relevant knowledge of industrial design,ergonomics design,product modeling,psychology,to analyze the current use of weeding machine.Then a detailed analysis is made on the orchard area layout,the area of soil conditions,weed species,fruit growers comfortable space layout,work scope,main weeding way and fruit physiological and psychological conditions,are the main problems in this area and orchard weeding machine special design of orchard weeding machinery requirements,design the corresponding the final product.The main design aspects include: the principle of weeding,the overall structure,product modeling,operation mode,ease of use,safety and maintenance.In a word,I hope that through the research of this article,we can design an orchard weeding machine which is low in price,and fully consider the man-machine relationship,ease of use and safety,so as to reduce the burden of their work.At the same time,it will provide some reference value for the design of agricultural machinery in this area,and call on more designers to contribute themselves to the farmers in poor areas. |
