| As a major walnut producer,China now ranks first in the world in terms of planting area and yield.Walnut is one of the four major woody oil crops in China,its harvested area and yield are increasing steadily year by year,but the current processing technic is far from the development trend of walnut gradually standardized cultivation.The reason is that in some places where the production level is relatively back Ward,manual processing is more common,the low labor cost and abundant site resources make the mechanized production mode has not been considered for the time being.For mechanized processing,there is no systematic research and summary on the complete process of walnut preliminary processing in China,many of research are just for the performance of single equipment such as huller or cracker,the entire process of walnut in raw has not been systematically researched and induced.There is also no sufficient further study on the key links of processing,it has caused big differences of quality between products from many processing enterprises or individuals,the good and bad are intermingled.Therefore,the research of full of walnuts pretreatment processing system is the important means of improving the quality of walnut pretreatment and standardizing the development of walnut pretreatment processing industry.In this paper,the main planted walnut varieties in Xinjiang are used as raw materials.By studying the mechanical characteristics of walnut shell breaking,choosing a suitable shell breaking processing method,and studying the classification and separation of shell and kernel after walnut shell breaking.It is designed for different grades of walnut kernels and processing line of 3000 kg walnuts per hour.1.Through the mechanical analysis of the walnut shell breaking process,the walnut was subjected to loading pressure tests in three different directions,and a walnut model was established for finite element analysis.By comparing the results of the pressure test and the finite element analysis,the shell breaking effect of walnut under X-axis rolling force is better than other methods of shell breaking,which is more suitable for large-scale shell breaking processing requirements.2.By analyzing the vibration classification of the material after the walnut shell is broken,the classification size,amplitude,vibration inclination,and key structure of the vibrating screen are designed,and the motion parameters of the vibrating screen are calculated.The appropriate vibration motor is selected as YZS-20-6.3.Through the material sorting test on the walnut shell kernel materials classified by vibration,the suspension speeds of different sizes of materials are obtained to determine the separation windflow speed,and the fan model is 4-72 8C according to the wind selection pipes of the production line,pressure 3143-3032 Pa,wind volume 19646-25240,power 30 k W,motor model Y200L1-2,and the parameter size of the cyclone dust collector is determined according to the fan parameter calculation.4.In this paper,the process and floor plan design of a processing line that produces 3,000 kg of walnut kernels per hour are designed,including selecting matching equipment,and the cost of the equipment and the cost of water,electricity and gas consumption of the equipment are estimated. |
