In recent years,food production has been threatened by climate change,pests,diseases,and other threats,which has brought tremendous pressure and challenges to food security.As an important food crop,wheat?Triticum aestivum L.?provides daily protein and calories to more than 35%of the global population.Therefore,breeding more stable and high-yielding wheat varieties is the top priority of current wheat breeding tasks.In this study,the F10:11RIL population of 190 strains constructed by Xiaoyan 81 and Xinong 1376was used as the material,a 50K SNP chip was used to construct a high-density genetic map,and the phenotype data of wheat spike and grain related traits was combined with the genetic map for QTL mapping analysis,which is expected to providing reference for wheat MAS breeding,NIL construction,candidate region selection and map cloning.1.2738 SNP markers were screened out to construct high-density genetic map after50K chip detection then they were divided into 27 linkage groups covering 21chromosomes of wheat.The total length of linkage groups was 4344.51 cM and the average genetic distance was 1.59 cM.2.A total of 100 QTLs controlling spike and grain related traits were located,14 of which were the major QTLs with the phenotypic variance explained?PVE?more than 10%,and 8 loci were environment insensitive QTLs detected stably in three or more environments.QSL.nafu-2D was the major QTL that can be detected in six environments,and the phenotypic variation explained?PVE?was 26.7%,QSD.nafu-5D was detected in four environments and the contribution rate of phenotypic variation was 14.89%,these two loci were both multi-environmentally stable QTL and can be used in molecular marker assisted selection to improve variety characteristics.3.There were QTL enrichment phenomena on chromosomes 1A,3A,4B,4D,5A,6D,6A and 6B.Except for the QTL cluster located on chromosome 4B,which affects the grain traits,the remaining QTL clusters affect the ear and grain traits.4.There has 10 one cause multiple effect locis which were located and pleiotropic phenomena between simple and complex traits.The others were pleiotropic phenomena loci controlling different characters except for Qsn.nafu-5D and Qsn.nafu-7A.2.
