Ganoderma lucidum is a rare medicinal fungus with a long history in China,which is named as fairy grass and Huanyang grass.Its shape is composed of mycelium and fruiting bodies.The active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum is Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide,which has certain medicinal effects on tumors,diabetes,etc.,as well as liver protection and other health effects.Ganoderma laccase can degrade pollutant lignin and promote the growth of Ganoderma lucidum.There have been many studies on the effects of electric fields on microorganisms.This article intends to treat Ganoderma lucidum mycelium with high-voltage alternating electric field and guaiacol,the purpose is to explore the effect of electric field on the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium,and then the faster speed growth can be obtained through physical measures and chemical measures,as well ashigher yield of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and more stable and higher amount of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum laccase.The results are as follows: From the experimental results and data analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.When the electric field strength is 40 k V/m and the treatment time is 35 min,the growth rate of the mycelium treated by the electric field is1 % higher than the average daily long-term growth rate of the control group level,this electric field treatment can increase the growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium;2.Treated with the chemical substance guaiacol only,when the concentration is 1.0×10-5 mg/m L,the growth rate of the mycelium is the fastest,the daily average long-term growth rate is increased by 20 %compared with the control group,the guaiacol concentration The daily average long-term velocity of 4.0×10-5 mg/m L was increased by 1 %compared with the control,and the guaiacol concentration was 6.0×10-5mg/m L.The average daily long-term velocity was increased by 17 %compared with the control.Combined electric field and guaiacol treatment mycelium,when the electric field is 40 k V/m and the guaiacol concentration is 1.0×10-5 mg/m L,the average daily long-term velocity is11 % higher than the control.The electric field treatment is 40 k V/m and the guaiacol concentration is 6.0×10-5 mg/m L daily average long-term rate increased by 12 % compared with the control.The above treatmentgroups can increase the growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium to a certain extent;3.When the guaiacol treatment concentration is 1.0×10-5 mg/m L,the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is 1 % higher than that of the control group;when the guaiacol treatment concentration is 6.0×10-5mg/m L,polysaccharides are produced to Ganoderma lucidum has the strongest inhibitory effect,and the polysaccharide content is 20 % lower than that of the control group;4.At an electric field strength of 40 kV/m and a treatment time of 35 min,the laccase activity of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium showed an upward trend within 28 days,and the activity of LZ730 laccase increased from 11.1 U/m L to 27.8 U/m L.The activity increased from 16.7 U/m L to22.2 U/m L;the electric field treatment was 40 k V/m and the guaiacol concentration was 6.0×10-5 mg/m L.It has the strongest inhibitory effect on the activity of Ganoderma lucidum laccase.The enzyme activity is between 2.8-13.9 U/m L.Treatment of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium by specific field strength electric field and specific concentration of guaiacol can positively affect the growth rate,polysaccharide content,and laccase activity of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium,which can increase the growth rate of Ganoderma lucidum and obtain high-quality Ganoderma lucidum.Ganoderma laccase can play a certain role in the fields of biology,environmental protection,chemical industry and so on.This research provides theoretical and experimental basis for the mass production of Ganoderma lucidum to improve efficiency and quality.
